The best staff in town. Always chipper and very knowledgeable of all health things. Often go there to work all day starting with the protein coffee, bad and boujee, and end with a protein shake! Must try this location out and jump on the train

Terrible tasting food, not sure what I expected in a gas station town for “ health and nutrition” but I think they would go bankrupt anywhere else. First and last time I ever go there, me and my friend both hated it. The taste was so synthetic and chalky and the drinks made me feel like I would get cancer. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

They use Herbalife, it is powder. It had a thinner consistency. It was not worth the money. I believe mine was 16oz and was over $10. I can get sugar free energy drinks in a larger size for about half the price. They advertise as a smoothie bar and use Herbalife, ridiculous. That also is not listed anywhere.

I was reached out to and they apologized for the incident and made it right. My second experience was far better than my first.
I waited up front for 10 or more minutes. I knocked on the employee door and said hello multiple times and no one came out. The guy finally came out and he just said ‘I know’ when I said I waited 10 plus minutes for anyone to take our order. The shakes were good but I should have just left and not ordered after that service. If you’d like to have someone there to take your order and you not have to call, text, knock, yell and basically hunt them down then don’t go here.

I LOVE 5TH STREET NUTRITION! Not only does this business value its product, but it also values their experience with you. I have been coming in here consistently over the past 2-3 years and every single time i come in, the employees bring nothing but the best service. I genuinely think that they are one of the best businesses in the Wabash-Valley Area!

If you are into protein shakes, losing weight, getting fit, and having amazing liquids, this is the place for you. I absolutely love it. The first time you go you might feel a little lost, but the staff is super friendly and helpful, so when you go there the next time (and there will be a next time) you will be ordering like a pro.
If you decide to go the banana muffins shake is one of my favorite, but there are a dozens to chose from so if you see one that looks yummy might as well try it. Also on Sundays they have a special shake, so maybe check it out then

Overall the best place in all of Terre Haute, and I have never seen such friendly staff like I’ve seen at 5thST Nutrition.
The shakes are extremely tasty, albeit a little pricey however you certainly get what you pay for. 5th street is my go to stop whenever in downtown TH. Highly recommend for those who are new to the area.
