Real cool chill spot, mixture of ages young and older crowd on any given day… Food is good, The only thing I would say is the downside is the time of service. It takes forever to get anything, drinks or food. One time I went it was one waiter working like 5 tables, the waiters I encountered are nice and friendly but they need to hire more waitresses or get more help.

I ordered through meal delivery. I ordered buffalo wings, Mac and cheese, and a double chocolate moose cake. I did not receive the moose cake, instead I received a raspberry cheese cake.the wings and Mac and cheese look very dry and are discolored. The buffalo wings smell old/stale and there is a random wing in the plate.

Arrive at the location it was not pack had to find a waiter to place my order.We place our order and received our order shrimp tacos dry,Angus burger dry ask the waiter for condiments never received had to find her again to ask for the check .Paid for the order in cash the waiter ask do you want change I said yes I advise you never brought my condiments for my food waiter skip over the statement she says I will be back with your change. Then she come back and says we don’t carry coin change I said ok but the change is due to me at this point I’m just over it .This was the first and list visit.

My coworkers and I met Friday after work. We had a new server. We ordered drinks and food. Everyone’s food came out at a different time. One coworker was finished with her food way before another round of food and drinks came. Again, all came out at separate times. My order was wrong, second round of drinks were wrong, and another coworker NEVER got her food. We asked for the manager, who came to me the an immediate attitude, not friendly, with unacceptable reasoning. First she stated “that’s the way the kitchen orders are”. When I told her another table came after us and ordered the same thing, eating their food, she changed her story to “ the order was not placed”. Poor customer on her part then had the audacity to say she can give meal 1/2 off. How can you give 1/2 off on a meal you didn’t get? Insane !! Our waitress never refilled our waters, never came back to see if we needed anything or was everything ok. The only positive thing was the DJ. I will never go there again, they probably won’t miss my $38 dollar tab but with lack luster customer service, non managerial skilled management, it will not last long. Please don’t send me your “ I’m sorry you were not satisfied with our service reply”. It is not accepted. You had time to properly fix the problem at the time but you chose otherwise

It should be a crime for this lounge to automatically charge 18% gratuity meanwhile providing horrible service. I’m one person don’t mind paying gratuity however my experiences here are always terrible. The food is good however management, customer service & wait time ( due to being very short staffed) is horrible. Don’t waste your time or money. I refuse to continuously pay to be disappointed. Oh and the bald head man, he’s one of the managers there RUDE AF!!! I can see why the rest of the staff are not pleasing. It starts with management. If you guys don’t get it together your business will not flourish as it has the potential to.

You have your mind set on one thing, but they like to give you what they want to when you order. I tried them one more time, ordered “steamed snapper” they called and said they have to cancel my order because they ran out of snapper. However, they never canceled the order and I didn’t get a refund!

I had to leave a review today because I literally just randomly happened to stop at this bar and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I’m so glad I came Bebe was beyond AMAZING!! When I first came in she was dealing with a customer who was so rude and nasty to her but she handled it with such poise and grace. I was so impressed. I’ll definitely be back again.
