I cannot believe this gem has been sitting in my backyard the entire time I’ve been in Marietta and I didn’t know about it. Seriously the best and most authentic Vietnamese in all of Georgia. The pho is steaming hot and the scent of spices and herbs, especially the cinnamon, is really phenomenal. The combination fresh spring roll is really fresh tasting and made with high quality ingredients. I personally didn’t want to dip it in the peanut sauce because I didn’t want to drown out the incredible flavor of the marinated pork. The short rib vermicelli bowl (which I subbed for rice) was also very very very tasty. Friendly service and the waiter was attentive to our table even though it was relatively busy. I’ve found my pho place. If the owner is reading this, know that you’ve gained a new loyal customer!!

I enjoy going to 575 Bistro. It’s a great Vietnamese spot in Kennesaw and one of my go-to places when I’m craving Vietnamese dishes.
I always order the vermicelli bowl with pork and an egg roll. I also highly recommend the fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce. They’re light and the peanut sauce pairs well.
Prices vary depending on what you order.
That said, I wouldn’t recommend the crispy egg roll appetizer — it’s $6 and honestly feels overpriced for what you get. The ramen was kind of bland, and the fried rice was just mid.
If you stick with the vermicelli or any of the pho dishes, especially the pork options, you really can’t go wrong.

The filet mignon and shrimp pho is amazing. We always start with the spring rolls and finish with the pho. You can’t go wrong. Love this place. Always enjoy it with family.

Best place for authentic Vietnamese Pho in Georgia. They also have great stir fired dishes that are very good. I sent so many of my customers here.

I enjoyed my food very much. My one request to them would be to put vegan options on the menu and have them labeled. They had to make me a special off-menu item. The curries aren’t even vegetarian (despite one being called “vegetarian curry”) because they all use fish sauce in the base. I am not sure about some of the other dishes like the stir frys that seemed vegan because the waitress just told me that they would make something for me.

Wife and I split Thai Dumplings (excellent!), shrimp basil spring rolls (very good) and rice grilled chicken entrée (also very good). Hadn’t been to a Vietnamese restaurant before, but enjoyed it. Very clean and modern interior, with really good service.

Mom really enjoyed her pho and my rib plate was as delicious as it was beautifully served. The owner and staff were very friendly and attentive. They have upgraded their interior.

One of my favorite restaurants, I really like the Com Tam and the Thai tea the flavor is very similar to the originals I’ve tried in Vietnam and Thailand 🙂

I’ve been a dedicated customer here for a while because their food is thankfully always good. However, today I got some of the worst service at a restaurant I’ve had for some time. When me and my daughter first walked in, I asked for a booth and they refused to give us one, despite one being clean and available. As soon as we accepted this and sat on the other side of the restaurant, that same booth was quickly given to another couple. Not only this, but their order was even taken before ours when we arrived first. Secondly, our server easily had the most disengaged service ever. We were served gross ice waters that tasted like they were straight from the tap. Unacceptable. For my order, I requested my egg that comes with my meal to be fried HARD and I was given a runny egg. As mentioned earlier, my server never bothered to check on us, so I wasn’t able to get this fixed at all. Overall, the servers at this location treated us like we were invisible when we needed help and that wasn’t a good feeling. I’m heartbroken because I have always loved the food here, and to be treated like that is very chilling. I’m not sure when I’ll be back.

This place definitely stands out in terms of experience to most pho spots that I’ve been to.
I enjoyed the atmosphere and food forsure. The food has almost a touch of finer dining to its presentation.
The pho was definitely rich. The only knock I had was that it wasnt as savory as id like or as salty. But just request for some nuoc mam/fish sauce and adjust to your liking. But the pho was is good though.
The rice plate we ordered was also good. I am a big fan of Vietnamese rice plates and theirs definitely hit the spot.
They were somewhat busy as well during lunch , so hopefully you dont have trouble dining in.
