Love that they serve a quality bar burger without the crazy cost. Many options. Burgers come without fries but that’s ok with me. You can buy separate for not much extra. Appetizers we had were Queso fries, they were excellent. Fried pickles as well crispy and served with ranch.
Friendly staff! Guac Burger was so good. My son had the ultimate and my kids a cheeseburger kids meal(which includes good size burger with fries or fruit and a drink). All pictured!

I’ve been going to 5280 since the one on 16th opened. They are always a great spot to get a delicious, satisfying burger. Their culinary creations are crafted with love and attention. I will say the pickles were under cooked and needed to be fried longer but dinner was still a hit and I’m sure we will be back! If you get a chance, do yourself a favor and check out 5280 Burger Bar!

Had an absolute amazing first experience here at the new 5280 Burger Bar location inside the Colorado Mills mall! Had a few mixed drinks that were all super tasty! Tried the cheeseburger egg rolls which are a CRAZY concept but still absolutely delish! They have two of what my opinion deems the best menu names for burgers: The A**hole which is a build your own burger choice and the “I can’t decide” which is 2 1/4lb sliders instead of one large burger! You get to pick 2 different burgers which makes for a fun experience! I also had their s’mores shake to go after my meal which was DELICIOUS. The bartender, Chris, was very attentive and the entire staff was friendly! Met the owner too and he was awesome! Will definitely be back oh also – the vibe was great, music was playing, it’s a very clean and nice bar and the bathrooms were also very clean!

Have been to the Colorado Mills location numerous times. Every time, the food is hot, fresh, tasty and comes fast! I love the consistency of every meal. We have never been disappointed. We tried the summer menu a few times and each choice was fantastic! We look forward to returning soon!

Everything was fantastic. The service, the ambiance and the food! Staff frequently checked in on us, were kind and attentive. We ordered a kids burger (it comes with a drink and fries) and a regular cheeseburger with truffle fries. The burgers were juicy and filling, my daughter couldn’t even finish her burger. The fries were fresh and perfectly seasoned. The space is large and sound was well dispersed making it a great place to talk. Excellent job 5280 Burger Bar we will be back!

This is a newly opened burger restaurant at the Colorado Mills Mall. Our first trip did not disappoint. First off, shout out to our server Dan. He was attentive, fast and knowledgeable about the menu. He did a wonderful job. I also want to highlight their french fries. We ordered the poutine which was very tasty. The gravy was peppery and a nice consistency. Their fries also were well cooked and packed a lot of seasoning and tasted very fresh. I highly recommend them! My wife got the perfect burger and I ordered the prime burger which came with onion rings. Our server asked if we both wanted a little pink and thats how the burgers came out! They were both very good – though I give the perfect burger a slight edge. I thought its sauces edged out the prime burger. I will say it did end up being a tad pricey for lunch, however everything we ordered was very good and of good quality. Overall its a lovely addition to the malls dining offerings!

$12-17 varietal of burgers with lots of flavor. Fries not included but they are fresh cut and a small is good enough to share between two people. We got the perfect burger and thr mushroom burger. The mushroom one was better but we’re unique.

This location just opened.. Everything was delicious! The cheeseburger egg rolls are a yes from me! We also had fried pickles for appetizer. The burgers were so tasty. We had the Boss Hog and the Durango- they cook to order! The drinks were inviting! We will definitely be back!
