Great views, good food! We were a bit skeptical reading other reviews on here, but decided to give it a shot. Service was very quick for 6 o’clock on a Saturday night in the summer. Food was out fast, very good. We both had pasta dishes. A little pricey but a good stop non the less

So glad to see the 502 being taken care of and getting the help it needs! We love the patio here so much, you can’t beat the view. The drinks and food were all really good, I had the root beer float cocktail and it was perfection. Had the margherita flat bread with fries and it was delicious. We all had something different and everyone really liked their meals. Great time with family and it was so nice to enjoy the patio. The waiter was fab as well! Can’t wait to come back again.

Absolutely incredible environment, view is perfect, friendly wait staff, awful food. I mean terrible. All 6 meals at our table were bad, maybe the worst restaurant meal we’ve ever had. It’s very low quality food at extremely high prices. $36 for a Ribeye steak that was hands down the worst steak I’ve eaten in 50 years.

OUTSTANDING FOOD, SERVICE, AMBIANCE AND NEW MANAGERS! We have been dining here for years. We had our rehearsal dinner at the 502 years ago because we love the Chase On The Lake so much. Over the years the food quality and cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

The French dip was good the soup was so gross. my daughter liked her burger. The view of the lake is great. Looks like they’re working on the deck/patio and it’s a little out of sorts but hard to beat the view. That being said, it was kind of the worst service that I’ve experienced up here. I waited 50 minutes for the food to be delivered and then never saw my server again, would’ve ordered another drink or literally anything. I had to chase her down for my bill. Even though the food was good I probably wouldn’t recommend this place to family or friends

One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever experienced, watch out for Slim (Manager Jason) he is very rude and has zero knowledge or skill in customer service, their menu is not accurate on their wording. They seem to still not understand what the difference between Add/Substitute is. Insane prices for very very low quality of food, I read a different review about how they should fix the place before they bury it and I fear it’s too late or they should. As Jason said to us, we may not be the right customers for them. I then have to believe 99% of people aren’t. This place is terrible is so many different ways, DO NOT COME HERE!!! Highly do not recommend!!!

Everything was just okay. Very overpriced, which I get for being in a resort but I was sat 2 different days when it wasn’t busy and forgotten about both times. My shrimp scampi was $26 & came with the tails still on, making it annoying to eat and it really wasn’t worth that much for 8 shrimp done okay and some over cooked pasta.
