I stopped by the 4 Rivers Cantina food truck at Disney Springs and tried the beef Birria Tacos, which come as a set of two. They were very flavorful and I would say a great snack. The seasoning on the beef was on point, and the tacos held together well without getting messy.
What really elevated the experience was the setting. Eating outside by the lake, with the energy of Disney Springs all around, made the meal feel even better. It’s the kind of spot where you can slow down for a moment, enjoy the breeze, and soak in that unmistakable Disney atmosphere.

This food truck has great food but they do not open on time. Waited over an hour for them to open with family from Chicago because I raved about the barbacoa cone. Their website showed not only different hours but also different pricing. At 2:10 we asked the girl how much longer she said 10 minutes. Another 30 minutes past still not open. We were also told they were out of all ingredients for tacos. We ended up having to eat some where else, so disappointed as we drove 90 minutes to eat here.

We had a great dinner. Got the barilla tacos, burrito bowl, and a few orders of tacos (adobo pork). Everything was great and the guy working when we were there was really nice. The sauce that comes with the barilla tacos is great and everything is made fresh to order. Meals were $12-14 but I don’t feel that’s too bad when compared to most other places at Disney springs. There is a seating area nearby and also a couple of other trucks in the same area so if you have people with different food preferences then it’s a great option. Would definitely go back.

I had to make 2 visits. I stopped by the day before they were closed. I was determined to try this Taco cone. I had a good list before I arrived & I finally ordered only for someone else to take my cone but they happily remade it.

Really delicious food large portions, service was amazing and super quick. There are so many chain restaurants in Disney Springs that truly don’t live up to the hype. The food trucks are the way to go if you’re looking to get good food at a reasonable price

I ordered the street tacos 3 different meats. But it will make no difference ordering 3 of the same meat because they all taste the same. Also no salsa for the tacos and if you go to ask for salsa you will have to get back in line and pay for it. Gave it a 2 stars because the only flavor profile was good. But don’t recommend.

Ordered a quick bite here. A quesadilla for my daughter and a bowl. The line moved very slowly, but the food was great when we received it. Very typical pace for a food truck. It’s just tough in Disney Springs which is pure chaos.

Wasn’t authentic birria taste and the portion sizes were exceptionally small for the price, we had to go and get food elsewhere after. Place is good if you’re looking for a quick snack but not a meal. Lot more places in Disney springs to get more bang for your buck.
