We order take out from them many times. Always very good food. We have had chicken strip baskets, grinders, salads and pizzas. Never had one that disappointed. 5/8/24. Another round of food, and once again fantastic. The grinders are loaded with meat and toppings. The breaded mushrooms are great, not mushy or soggy. Jalapeño poppers also fantastic. Staff are always so nice and helpful. The xl pizza is like 30 or 36 inch in diameter. It is cooked to perfection and the toppings are pretty consistent for whole pizza. Smaller pizzas are great also. Highly recommend this place. 12/30/24. Actually went inside and ate for lunch. All the sports screens are nice. I got the Italian grinder lunch special and it is better eating it there as opposed to picking it up as take out. Great flavor. I also got an order of breaded mushrooms, again fantastic texture and taste. All of us enjoyed our food.

My first visit in a Super Bowl Sunday heard it was a great place and was no crowd being a superbowl night . Food was ok , they have comedy nights . They frozen margarita but it’s ok. The sausage roll is filling .

I would gave a 3 but the wings are just so good. Service not so much. I found out they no longer give celery with wings anymore. So I said I want celery w extra celery over the phone. I found out after I got there. I ended up with 6 stick pieces. Don’t they know devious their blue cheese is. Iate all the celery and dip before 1st and took wings home half the time. I always ask for extra crispy on the wings the crispy wings are bomb it’s celery like $1.80 for the whole celery. They charge 75 cents per 3 stick pieces. So just some in your purse before you go lol

My gal pals and I had lunch here, and it was GREAT. Our entrées consisted of: wings, a side salad, a sausage roll, and an Italian Combo — they were all freshly prepared . The owner, Bron, was very friendly. Our waitress, Kristie, was fantastic – very efficient and friendly. The 469 Bar is a real gem located in the New Haven area. Even though it is a bar, it is very nice and NOT loud and rowdy. We were able to chat w/o using LOUD voices (which is always a plus when dining out — even if it’s not in a bar.) It has clean restrooms. We will return!!!

Good prices. Nice place. OK now…. that was standard review but let’s go….. The place is spacious and and not overcrowded. The pool tables are well maintained. House cues were decent. Shelby was our waitress, she is the epitome of service. On point and attentive!! A great place to chill and maybe shoot some pool.

Great place for shooting pool and Golden Tee. AMI jukebox was off and we never did figure out which TV the overhead commentary was synced to. I had heard so much about their pizza, so I had to try it. For me it was just your average pizza. I was a little disappointed after so much hype. May give it another try and order something different.

Great wings, pizza, and beer spot! Awesome pool tables, shuffle board, darts, and relaxed vibe. I visit this venue almost every time I visit my friend nearby and want a drink. The bar offers great deals on pitchers and daily specials on food or drinks. This is definitely more of an adults sports bar but maybe alright to bring a family with kids before the end of dinner hours. Would be great to watch “the game” or play some bar games!
