Hope you don’t mind the FLIES every second while eating and waiting for a long time. Be ready to wait 10-20 minutes outside to get into the dfac then another 10-20 minutes getting your food. The food service could be A LOT faster. ESPECIALLY at the chicken wings/tender section. They somehow make a 30 second task into a 2 minute task. They seem to not care if there is 20+ people waiting. Also don’t be surprised if they don’t have plates or to go boxes.

Very much rude cooks works here food portion sizes are super small no options really on salad bar no chips usually no drinks and the milk is always spoiled you have to wait in 2-3 different lines to get what you want making your stay there about 45 minutes or longer at least 20-30 of that is just getting your food and drinks and most of us soldiers don’t have that amount of time to be wasting on lunch due to other duties for the day so most of us have to skip breakfast and lunch or eat out at other places spending our own money instead of the 500$ we pay in meal deductions. My opinion bring the civilians back or close this facility.

Since the civilians left this place has significantly gone down hill. Today I got a scoop of soggy eggs that smelled legit rotten and couldn’t eat them. I got 2 small pieces of bacon, and my 6 pieces of “Hashbrowns” were completely stale. I couldn’t even get orange juice or any juice for that matter because all the drink dispensers were empty and just had water. The only thing that wasn’t empty was the Pepsi, talk about healthy right. Also it seems like they just don’t feel like doing the dishes anymore or something because not we only get paper plates and paper cups instead of trays and real plates/bowls. The “cooks” overall attitude is demeaning and lazy, most of them act like you owe them something to get your food. All my months bas is being taken away for me to get a snack size meal and to be treated like I’m cattle when I’m getting my food. Can’t believe this is where I’m supposed to get a “healthy” meal.

I’ve seen not only the customer service, quality of food and portion sizes significantly decrease since the civilians left. The enlisted cooks have extremely poor attitudes creating an unwelcome and pretty hostile environment for soldiers. I have seen a less tense environment in an infantry line platoon. Portion sizes have declined significantly as well. You risk interrogation by a disgruntled E4/E5 if you don’t immediately present your ticket for seconds. If I could put down zero stars I would.

They got rid of the civilians that made all of us feel welcome when we came to eat. Now we have soldiers that don’t give 2 shits about any of us and barely give us any food on our plates. Just yesterday this lady (don’t know her rank) was harassing this guy infront of the entire defac basically screaming at him because they had an altercation the day prior. All he wanted to do was get food and leave like the rest of us but she kept egging him on screaming at him that he needed to either leave right now or get food and leave while he’s waiting in line to get food, mind you since the soldiers took over they cut the serving lines down to 2, so there’s about 10-15 of us waiting in the same line. After he got his food and was about to leave she had called the mp’s on him. I left after that. I don’t know what happened to him or why these soldiers that are serving at the defac don’t care about others but this is disgraceful

The 92G’s are a bit rude when I ask for food. But overall a good place to load up on food.

They ration the food like they get beat up with belts by the administration if you end up full by the end of the meal.
