This restaurant has darker mood lighting, and a very chill atmosphere. It was difficult to talk with a group of 9 around the table since the noise level was fairly high. The appetizer selection was typical of a burger joint, and the fried pickles and sweet potato fries were adequate. I was hoping for a more unique variety of burgers, so we split the regular 41 burger and then made a custom burger. The burger meat was cooked well and tasted great. I was on the fence with a 3 and 4 stars because of our service but I believe it was a fluke with a new waitress and she was really trying to do her best, our orders were just slightly mixed up.

This place is a shining star!!!! Wanted a nice salad and they delivered. Got the Mediterranean with double grilled chicken. HUGE! Staff very friendly and talkative. Just seeing the Philly roast beef and burgers go by was jealous I was doing salad … Fries looked crispy and mouth watering. Decor top notch and mad because I meant to take a picture of the mural and forgot. Not from area and HIGHLY recommend. Won’t disappoint. I travel 120+ nights a year and 41 Degrees North was pure luck finding. Enjoy and kudos to the well oiled staff. They rock!!

Oh wow! We were out antique shopping for my wife’s birthday and found this spot randomly. This was the greatest surprise! First off, they add flavors to sodas, so I got a cherry Mountain Dew. Then we got recommeneded the artichoke dip which my wife says is the best she’s ever had. And she’s been craving a peanut butter burger since we moved here from California, so she got that. I had the Patty Melt (delicious!) with THE MOST incredible sweet potato fries and this homemade bourbon ketchup dipping sauce that was to die for! It changed everything for me when it comes to sweet potato fries. And finally, Colleen surprised us with the most amazing slice of cake because it’s my wife’s birthday! We were already stuffed and taking leftovers home but we still managed to devour this huge slice of cake that they make there!

I absolutely love to go to Middlebury Indiana just for this restaurant. I live 7 hours away, and usually go to Middlebury because work sends me there. They have no idea why I always smile. Tonight’s meal consisted of a ginger vegetable soup, which was absolutely delicious. Followed by a 16oz ribeye with grilled asparagus and mashed potatoes. The steak was cooked medium rare to perfection. And finished the night with a mint cake. I was iffy on getting it, but like everything else, it did not disappoint. If you are within 50 miles of Middlebury, stop by. You will love it. Almost forgot, get there early because it fills up quick.
