Our first time here and wow! The jumbo shrimp cocktail and beef tartar were great. Our steaks were amazing, cooked perfectly and the sides are big enough to share. Our server, Ashley was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our experience. The crème brûlée and the chocolate chip cookie skillet are definitely a must.

Finally made it to 401. I have to say they lived up to the hype. Absolutely perfect service, I couldn’t say enough about the whole team there, everyone was focused son ensuring we had a great experience. The atmosphere is is very chill and relaxing. I loved the presentation of everything they served, from drinks to the food, was all presented in the finest way. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice experience !!!!

Sophisticated and modern elegance. Wonderful wine list, but overpriced. One bottle I drink at home frequently had a 700% markup. Steaks were perfectly done and flavorful. Sides were great, especially the scallop potatoes. Overall, a great place for dinner.

First time dining here and it won’t be the last! Impeccable service. Beautiful atmosphere. Comfortable chairs. And that’s before the food! Warm lavender scented towellettes were a nice touch. Coating the rim of my glass with lemon for my water was also a step up! I had the lobster and filet which was perfectly prepared. My partner had the prime rib to which he said was amazing. We shared the asparagus and at first we were concerned because of their thickness that they would be tough but again perfectly prepared! Chilled wine flute. Wonderful popper with warm butter. And a decadent dessert! Server was friendly, knowledgeable and polite. Absolutely loved our experience and cannot wait to revisit! Highly recommend!

Always helpful, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making sure every guest has a great experience. Her attention to detail and commitment to service help maintain the high standard we’ve come to expect every time we dine here.
We also have to mention our server, Andrew, who does an excellent job. His professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly demeanor have made such a positive impression that we’ve started requesting him as our server when we visit.
We dine at 401 Prime at least once or twice a month, and the experience never disappoints. Thanks to Nicole, Andrew, and the rest of the team, this restaurant continues to set the bar for outstanding food and service.

Great experience at 401 Prime. The food was delicious and clearly high quality and everything we ordered was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The atmosphere is classy but still comfortable, making it a great spot for a nice night out.

It was my husband’s and my first time at 401Prime and we had such a great experience! Larissa took amazing care of us — she made us feel completely comfortable and never once like it was our first visit. Her service was outstanding. The food? Absolutely delicious! This is our favorite restaurant. We go here for every special occasion, especially our anniversaries, even though we have to sacrifice a lot of other date nights to do it. It’s worth it for one night of luxury treatment here. We’ve never had a bad experience. The servers are amazing, so personable and attentive. The food is divine- the truffle mac and cheese is out of this world. My husband loves the steaks, I usually get some kind of seafood or the pork chop. The cocktails are good, although they recently changed their list and removed our favorites. The wine list is extensive. The atmosphere is quiet enough for conversation, but still has a buzzy vibe. We also went to the lounge afterward before, and it was really lively. The only thing we don’t love is the bread and butter. For some reason, it’s just not that good. The herb butter is odd tasting and the pastry is fancy, but not really delicious like the rest of the food. But overall, we’ve been to every fine dining restaurant in the area, and this is by far the best.
