Id heard about this joint a few times from friends and co workers so when i moved here i figured id try it out while i was exploring. I wish the hype wasnt so loud because my experience was lack luster. While the food did come out quickly, it tasted a felt like it was all pre made hours before i came in. The chop steak was luke warm and the gravy was incredibly bland. The staff also acted as if they couldnt be bothered to do more than talk to the couple of regulars that were there. I did have a cool time looking up some of the history on the place while i was there tho. But that shouldnt be what made the experience tolerable.

Everything you could hope for in an old-school diner. Get the burger all the way with chili & beans (you will need the fork), fries and a Coke for $11. They take cash and credit. Super quick service. And yes, the food was hot!

I really love this kind of place. Small cafe, small menu executed quick. Burgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, steak sandwiches. 4 things, all good and cheap. Everything can be covered in a good chili or good gravy.

I hadn’t been in here for years, and after visiting today (Thursday May 20, 2022 around 1pm) I had forgotten what a great place it is.
1. Prices are extremely reasonable.
2. Location is great
3. Plenty of parking in area
4. Service is fast and professional
5. Food is good and quantity is ample.
I had the chili burger “all the way” which is burger with chili, onions and mustard. Absolutely delicious. My wife had the hot dog “all the way”, hot dog with chili, onions and mustard.
Based on these 5 factors, it’s a 5 star place for us.
Definitely recommend.

This used to be my go to place every morning. I had a reserved stool there, could not wait to get there for the Ernie show!! He was so much fun. You never knew what was going to come out of his mouth. I think about the great times I had there often. Sue and Pete and Carol and Hoppy. People use to come up to me and say, you been to the 4 way I can smell it on you!!. Generations have eaten here. If I still lived in GA. I would be there. A burger with steak gravy and onions, doesn’t get any better than that.

Went in today for the first time for breakfast. I arrived after breakfast cutoff but was looking at menu for breakfast anyway to come back the next day. Waitress ripped the menu from my hands and flipped it over to the lunch side and said told you breakfast was over. Being I drove 2 hrs to get to this town I was hungry. I ordered the steak sandwich with the brown gravy. I received my order and really not sure what I got. But it was runny and not very good looking. I ate 3 bites and that was it. No flavor and very strange tasting. I won’t be coming back tomorrow for breakfast.
