3Ds is outstanding! Very friendly staff. Meat pie was solid and I liked how much meat was inside. Jollof rice was full of flavor and the assorted meats were all tender. Fried rice, suya beef, and moi moi were also well enjoyed by the family. Housemade zobo juice was refreshing as well. Everything I had here was excellent!

The food was good and staff were welcoming. We had a good time there! Jollof rice, fried rice, okra soup and swallow were all so delicious.

We drove a bit over an hour to try this restaurant. I had heard and read so many great reviews and knew we had to make the trek. We arrived to a welcoming environment and it felt like walking into to someone’s home for a delicious home cooked meal. It was simple with no frills, which was nice. We had the egusi soup with fufu and jollof rice with chicken. The flavors were bold and flavorful, and the chicken was so tender. The owner was incredibly hospitable and friendly, and we enjoyed talking with her.
I highly recommend! We will be coming again!

The Egusi soup was good. Jolloff rice we did not like, all you can taste is burnt rice, not sure if that’s how that’s how is suppose to taste like. Okra soup also had no flavor. Spent almost $130, portions were smaller then expected as well. We will not be returning customers.

I really enjoyed my time here! The hostess was nice and was informative of the food. I tried the egusi soup and fufu. It was very good, chicken was very tender. I will come back to this place and try the cassava leaf!

I left a one-star review, and they’re trying to say I got food poisoning because I didn’t refrigerate it. But I got food poisoning after eating it fresh. I didn’t refrigerate it after because why would I refrigerate something that gave me food poisoning? I repeat I had food poisoning after eating it moments after it was ready, not because I left it in the car. Why would I put spoiled food in my refrigerator to contaminate good food? And That still doesn’t explain the microwave puff puff. Rubbish

I ordered the cassava leaf and it was not good at all. I couldn’t even force myself to continue to eat it. Not what I was expecting at all and I asked for beef and smoked turkey but I got smoked turkey and chicken. I would not spend my money here again. If you want good African food..go to African deli on Brooklyn blvd and it’s cheaper there ‍♀️

Ordered fish gravy, the fish was not descaled and it messed up the whole dish, total waste of money. The soups were dry. My collard greens were sweet (yuck) spinach was okay turkey was tougher and dry. Ton of flavor though. prices are way too high for the food they give out. Employees are rude. I will not order from here again food is gross.

The Jollof rice and fish was good but the Egusi and fufu came out room temperature. The meat in the Egusi consisted of smoked turkey necks and dry day old chicken which was not very appetizing. We ordered their Ayamase but didn’t not get to try it because it took so long, we had to cancel it. Additionally, we were charged for their large Egusi because they supposedly only serve that size for dine in. Their menu indicated their large is a 24 oz but our serving was in a small bowl closer to 16 oz. There were also many angry customers leaving without their food because the wait was so long, not to mention the server was not very friendly. Overall customer service was lacking, food took too long and didn’t not come out hot, and pricing was inconsistent with their menu. If I had a second chance, I would definitely skip this spot.
