Unfortunately this may be the last time I order from here. Tonight, ordered online and waited about 20 minutes to pick up. Walked in at 630pm on a Saturday and it’s dead. I was told when I said I was there to pickup an order that they weren’t aware and “the machine didn’t print out the ticket”. I then proceed to wait 40 minutes for 2 sandwich’s, a 1/4 filled box of cold fries and Mac and cheese with hair in it. 1 other person came in and picked up food during that time, so not busy by any means. Every piece of food as always extremely greasy, and overall very unsatisfactory – and it shouldn’t be especially for $50. Compared to Mission BBQ in Deptford, they leave 322 BBQ in the dust (food quality/cost/cleanliness/atmosphere). This place has significantly fell off over the last few years and is very unfortunate.

Nice chill country atmosphere with nice and attentive servers! Absolutely delectable food!! My mouth started watering with all the amazing smells! Got a delicious burger and a po boy. I always love a good Mac n cheese from bbq places. This place is definitely a must!! The food is absolutely spectacular, as well as their amazing and huge donuts!!! We had tried the brownie donut and the banana Brûlée and cream, both amazingly delicious! Highly recommend making a stop here!

Very greasy ! I got a pulled pork sandwich and could not even eat the roll the grease was dripping off the bottom roll!! Even the fries tasted like oil … my bf said his fries were donut tasting as if they fry the fries in old donut grease . Expensive as well!! (especially for a meal I could barely eat . )

I’ve never written a review before and didn’t plan to now, but I felt compelled to share this. As you can see, there’s a clear difference between what’s advertised on their website and what I actually received. I spent over $70+ including tip — two sandwiches, a side, couple of drinks— and everything came out looking just as underwhelming. I called and sincerely asked if there had been a mistake or if I was given the wrong order, but they just said ‘sorry about that’ and hung up. Just a heads-up: their website is deceiving, and what you get DOES NOT resemble what’s being advertised: BEWARE

I order the Bacon Mac Attack Burger & even referenced the website at time I placed the order: At no time was I asked about double, triple nor does the website specify this. Bottom line is that missing key ingredients; bacon etc. I also ordered a side of Brisket Mac which was under and a Brisket Burrito (which I did not receive) and was given something completely different, hence the reason I called about a possible mix up. And as far as your comment about being camera ready – that is my point your website is deceiving and zero chance what I received was even close to your description.

I’m only giving it 4 stars because, for me, the potatoes were too salty for my taste, but that doesn’t mean they would be too salty for others. The portions are large and tasty. Free refills on the lemonade was a nice plus. Service was friendly and fast.
If you haven’t been here I definitely recommend you give them a try.

I would have contacted you directly, but I couldn’t find an email address.My son often works out by your restaurant & he has gotten take out about 4 times for dinner.We love your food- and have tried many sandwiches, but we always get your “egg rolls”- as they are yummy & easily reheat. – Yesterday, I almost choked on a huge bone that was hidden in the egg roll. I’ve enclosed a photo so you can see it was at least an inch long- I was lucky to have spit it out.
I understand mistakes happen, but when you are “hiding” the meat inside a shell- you really need to be extra careful.My husband almost had to do the Heimlich.
I do want to add that your food IS excellent- just need to make sure its safe- 🙂
EDIT- I cannot believe that while eating ANOTHER egg roll TODAY- I found a huge chunk of cartilage/bone. see photos. Are you kidding me? One mistake? OK it happens- TWO with bones OVER an inch long?
PS= also found out later that they forgot my son’s chili

I frequently pass 322 BBQ & Butcher, today I decided to dine in. They are conveniently located and have ample parking. There is inside and outside dining. As I entered I noticed that there was a small section set aside for Hill Donuts and Pancake House.
There is ample space for inside dining. Unfortunately there was no one to greet me when I entered and I waited several minutes before anyone acknowledged me.
The restaurant was not crowded (only one table was occupied). After being acknowledged I seated myself and waited for the server.
I ordered the brisket sandwich and Mac and cheese after asking for suggestions from the server. The mac and cheese was homemade and tasty. The brisket was tender and seasoned well. The coleslaw was the best I’d tasted in a while.
As I observed other customers, they were greeted and waited on. They were asked if they’d been there before, menu explained and offered water. None of which happened to me.
Food is good but service is not always the same for everyone.

I went on a Saturday around 2:30pm. Service was fast. My server was friendly and attentive. I ordered the Candied Bacon Cheeseburger and onion strings. The food was fantastic.

Food tends to be greasy but is overall pretty good. Service leaves a lot to be desired. Building is fine but if you stay too long you may look around and question cleanliness- but it is a BBQ joint.
Most recent order I did online and they didn’t have rice for the rice bowl. Ordered at 6:08 pm, went in the place at 6:35 and they pulled my order ticket and said “Oh yeah- we don’t have rice.” No call, no email, no text. Thanks a lot.
