Delicious food and great value for money—the portions are huge! I couldn’t finish everything and left most of the fries. The bun was fresh and tasty, though a bit too big for my personal taste since I don’t eat much bread. Overall, a great spot—Recommend!

Had a great meal at 30 Burgers in Springfield! I got the Classic Cheeseburger with an extra beef patty, and it was awesome—juicy, fresh, and full of flavor. The fries were crispy and delicious, just how I like them.
Shoutout to Lauren for being super helpful and friendly. She made sure everything was perfect and got my order out fast.
Overall, solid burger spot with good food and great service. Definitely coming back!

A great experience in food. The hamburguer is really tasty, they know how to melt and to do it and the fries is amazing, they are well cooked and crackles when you bite.
The place is not too much comfy, they do not care of it, it seems that was been very older and used so far.
But, if you like a good Hamburguer and don’t matter about the place, maybe you gonna go there.

If that’s the case, you will leave very content. Just remember you can basically get anything you can think of. Any topping, any combination from their menu is possible. You name it they’ll build it.
All the milk shakes are excellent. Oreo and Vanilla milkshakes specifically are chefs .

The cashier Angie was soo sweet even after it being a rush she was patient and kind to all customers. I have been to other 30 Burger locations so was looking forward to giving this location a try. So the soft open event started at 6pm and they were stern with that. I called and who I believe was the manager answered and agreed to take my order and have it ready for 6pm. I ordered the chipotle bison burger, seasoned fries, and a snapple.
When I arrived I sat in the parking lot til it was close to time to go in the event. The line started to form quickly so I was glad to have gotten on it when I did. I found the manager who I spoke to and he told me the food wasn’t ready and give it 10 more minutes. He seen I wasn’t too happy and he offered to throw something else in of my choice and I chose the sweet potato fries. The food was done in about 10 minutes. I am happy I didn’t have to wait too long because the line was bananas. When I dug in the bison burger was good and so was the seasoned fries. The sweet potato fries were not so great. All in all I had a pretty good experience.

The service is amazing. The team actually loves what they do and love to serve good food. THE FOOD IS WOWWWWWW! My fiancé and I have tried another 30burgers location and somehow always take the 15 min ride to this one for the food. The burgers, the paninis and now the baby BLT (#30) on the menu has become my favorite. Can they do anything wrong?
We came in today, and one of the sweet ladies gave us a try of their vanilla cheesake milkshake with our burger and baby BLT and I couldn’t be any more pleased!
The burger is well cooked every time. The food here is fresh, and it tastes like it is. Their lettuce is so darn crunchy and perfect. Do yourself a favor and try them. Disclaimer: My pictures don’t do justice to their flavor.

The food is still fantastic. However the new ordering system is not great. There are menu items missing from the site so we can’t order all our favorites like the milkshakes, and there is no human interaction. Additionally, the ordering system online sucks. Due to all these extra steps it makes us less likely to want to go to the restaurant. This used to be our favorite place.

We ordered the Spicy Baja chicken burger and the fries. Particularly like this burger since it was loaded with veggies and had juicy, crispy chicken.
Burger of the month was fried chicken inside waffle, with American cheese, eggs and maple syrup. We bought this with bit of a nudge from the staff at the store – of course, this was loaded with calories but absolutely delicious!!
