Brought my girlfriend and grandmother here Wednesday morning.
We weren’t sure what to get and the 3 staff members, Janice, Michael, & Macy were so welcoming and kind enough to share their input with us about what they like, what others have bought, and the special of the day.
We bought the beef salad bowl and the special of the day, the steak burrito.
Overall. Welcoming atmosphere was amazing by all three staff members. The store appearance was clean. The food presentation was great.
A big thank you to Janice, Michael, & Macy! 🙂
Next time I visit Lehigh Acres I will make sure to stop by here again.

A week or so ago I ordered the new mango habanero shrimp in a burrito. The shrimp were big, delicious and plentiful. Today, I order through Uber Eats, get the same exact thing, and the shrimp are miniscule and have an awful grainy texture. I’m beyond disappointed. Why change a good thing? I won’t be ordering again.

I actually purchase from this location alot until today. I ordered a chimichanga and was extremely embarrassed for them. It was a literal joke. I called and spoke to a girl and asked her for the manager and she asked what happened, I told her I wanted the manager and she had me hold and came back as the manager (I don’t know who she was trying to fool). She said her name was Alyssa. I told her I ordered a Chimichanga and what I received was a flat empty fried tortilla and she said this is the way the owner, Cory, wants it served in order to keep food out of the fryer. This empty fried tortilla cost the same as a full huge burrito I purchased for my special needs son. Thank God I didn’t buy this joke of a chimichanga for him. She made no attempt to make this up to us in any way and continued to reiterate that, that is the way the owner wants it done, so sorry.

After my review, the owner responded with an apology and a refund. I’m so happy because my son loves 3 peppers and I really didn’t want to take that away from him.

I can’t say enough. We had them drop of a large amount of food for a party. Catered without staff (that’s all we needed!) and from start to finish, 3 Pepper Burrito was incredible! First of all, my mom dealt with the ordering and she said they couldn’t be nicer. Then the set up was easy and they didn’t forget anything! Plentiful! And lastly, the food was delish! Would do this again anytime!

Went in to this establishment tonight on a Wednesday at 557. Pm three guys were working. Unprofessional, disrespectful, no name tags, food always late for pickup. Refused to provide a double bag for a huge order. It’s a joke at this location, it’s always like that, who’s the manager for this location in Lehigh, terrible customer service.
