I tried the shrimp cocktail, it was DELICIOUS. I usually have to add condiments to make it to my liking, and let me tell you this one is PERFECT!! No need to add a thiiing!! The waiters could be more attentive, we were there for about an hour or so and I want to say the waiter came around once. And the place wasn’t really busy.

The service was wonderful, the staff is super kind but we were sat under a TV that was being used to play music for the entire restaurant and it was so loud at the table I could hardly think.

Really enjoy this place. Its a cute little ole in the wall. But its quiet inside and service was good. We came in afternoon so was not very busy. Food as hood and plenty of it. Chips were good. Salsa was a bit to hot for me but was good flavor.

We came here on a Monday night and a DJ started playing music super loud a little bit after we had ordered our food. I asked him if he could lower it & he did, but started raising it again that even my head started hurting. I asked the waitress for the manager & she said there was no one in charge. Plus, the server forgot we ordered our drinks without ice & when we told her she asked if we had asked her with no ice? She also came back to ask my son what he had ordered for food because she forgot. With the food, we were not impressed, mine and my husband’s plate lacked of flavor. Therefore, I do not recommend this place at all. There are a lot of other Mexican places way better than this one.

I really liked my enchilada plate. The cheese is REAL cheese ( I know that some Mexican restaurants are using that weird shredded American cheese lately). I love lettuce with my enchiladas, and it actually did come with the meal. My husband said his short ribs were just OK. I think the corn tortillas seemed fresh. We liked the Margaritas.

Got enchilada a plate to go served with rice and beans. I had three small enchiladas that were sitting in this soupy/pasty mix of enchilada sauce and the beans that should have been in the side compartment all over the place and a small scoop of rice… Not very visually appealing for sure and not really worth the 10 bucks I paid for it… You can tell the beans were from a can and the rice wasn’t homemade. Same Spanish rice that everybody has. I expected more from an authentic Mexican restaurant. The guacamole, I got a large it was a small cup of guacamole with a large bag of chips for $8.. definitely not worth it. But the girl at the counter was very nice and polite, the atmosphere is very authentic Mexican feeling and there were many hand carved benches and things… I appreciate the craftsmanship of those kinds of things, but as for the food there was just nothing really special about it. They used commercial rice and commercial beans , enchiladas are very small and everything just souped up together wasn’t very appealing to me. And for what was on the plate and the few customers that were in there, I thought the 30 minutes wait time was a little excessive.

My husband and I come here for a quick lunch we’re in and out in about 30/40mins.We love their chicken or steak tacos,the chips and salsa is pretty good and consistent.

The restaurant didn’t seem to be that busy, only about 5 tables full inside, but the people in front of us waited at the host desk for about 7 minutes before someone greeted them and sat them. Then we were there for another 6 minutes waiting while several walked by and greeted us and said someone would be right with us. Finally we were sat and she took our drink orders. Once we were able to order, we received our meals after eating 2 baskets of chips. At least our server was checking on us regularly. We had the regular quesadilla, chimichanga, and poblano chicken. All were good and hot.
