I used to come to this place all the time when I was a kid, and it was attached to the ballet store. Years later, I finally came back and it was so nostalgic for me. They used to have this red velvet brownie cake with white chocolate drizzle and it was the best thing ever. I didn’t see it this time around when I came, but I did order the red velvet Oreo brownie. It was pretty good, though it was a little sweet though. They definitely added a lot more to the store since then. I enjoyed my time there and will definitely come back.

2 Tarts did such an amazing job with our Wedding Cake! Erin made our cake tasting so much fun, it was honestly one of my favorite planning moments. With photos of the dress, our outfits, the decor, the bouquets, etc. they helped us create a wedding cake to match every detail. Not only did the cake look fantastic, it tasted amazing too. We got a layer of Chocolate, with the rest Pistachio — which made everyone happy! Truly amazing cake through and through, I’m so sad it’s gone. Thankfully our photographer, Trisha Lindsay Photography, captured it in all its glory.

Nice bake shop to get some Great baked goods. Tried the apple pie as well as the rhubarb pie. The atmosphere is very inviting with iconic seasonal stylings. A large selection of bake goods to meet that sweet tooth needs. Almost everything I wanted to pick so I had to decide on multiple items. Open late to keep their customer base happy.

2 Tarts made a cake for my wedding and it was amazing! I had a tasting with them and they helped me plan what I needed. The cake was beautiful and delicious! We also got delicious peanut butter cookies. I definitely recommend them!

My latte tasted like black liquorish.. I give it a 2 .. out of 10 star.. and this red velvet cake cup 11.00 I give it a 2.. feel like I am eating pudding.. don’t think I will do that again.. the banana bread would be a 4 out of a 10 star.. oatmeal cookies tasted store bought..

I called 2Tarts and specifically asked about Mardi Gras King cake availability. The employee told me that they are made fresh each morning and that I would need to be at the bakery early because they sell out fast. She suggested 7am. I made a 25 minute drive one way to downtown to purchase a King cake only to be told that all cake orders require online ordering with a 7 day notice. She offered to sell me puff pastries with white icing and Mardi Gras sprinkles in lieu of a King Cake (so totally not the same!!).
It was an hour wasted out of my morning! This poor customer service experience could have been avoided by simply be forthright about product availability when I called.
I have no idea about their food quality but the customer service needs improvement.

First time to new braunfels and we took a stroll around the circle looking for breakfast spot with outdoor seating. Settled on 2Tarts and it was yummy! I tried the banana bread, tasted moist and delicious like it was just baked. They even warmed it up! We got hot lattes, white mocha and regular mocha, they were equally delicious not too sweet. Absolutely would eat here again. Mahalo!
