I will never step foot into this establishment again. We were greeted very rudely by the owner Andrea and I use that word loosely. We were told our table was ready so our party of 9 went in and was told by Andrea our table was not ready and the waitress had given us the wrong information. Here’s why I will never go back. It was pouring the rain. POURING! Andrea so rudely said we have to wait outside. I was sitting on the waiting bench and our party of 9 went outside and I stayed behind with the baby (surely she wasn’t going to kick us out in the pouring rain) and I said, we have a 7mo old with us and your going to kick us out with the baby? She said “yes I am”. REALLY!

Went in for breakfast earlier today, have been going here since it opened several yrs back, as usual the food was amazing! Its been great to watch the overall growth of this place since its opening, the continued growth of the staff has been amazing as well! ALWAYS a fun and friendly atmosphere with great food!

We always go to 27 North when we come up to North Conway. The food is great and the service is even better. We called ahead for a party of 10 before heading in and they were able to get our food out in a relatively shory amount of time. With a couple of kids that are picky too the menu offers a variety of options that should make anyone happy. We’ll most certainly be coming back

This cute little breakfast joint is tucked away just off the main strip downtown, super easy to walk to if you are shopping in the area and they have plenty of parking!

You know a #restaurant is awesome when people are asking, “Can I take your menu home as a souvenir?”

Delicious! Recommended by a local and they weren’t wrong! I had the Champagne French toast with whip cream and strawberries and a double order of sausage one patty one link. Orange juice to wash it down. Great music. Cute establishment and decor and thankfully I beat the rush! Staff was friendly and personable. I’d definitely try them again!

Can’t speak on the food but can speak on the outrageous and disgusting way my family was treated by the owner, Andrea. We were a party of 8 and put our names on the waitlist which said we were second in line. Checked in about 25 minutes after that and they said another 20-30 minutes but could be sooner. Okay no problem. Checked in at 35 minutes (1 hour total now) to which the host said we were next in line and started setting a table for 8. I told my family to start coming in since she was setting our table. The owner, Andrea, rudely and aggressively came over to us and told us we needed to get out, after being in there for maybe 2 minutes. Literally all that was said is “you need to get out.” Mind you it’s pouring the rain outside, we have a 6 month old baby with us and there’s a tornado watch. I said oh okay sorry the host just told me that this table is for us so we were just waiting to which she replied “I don’t care what she told you she told you wrong and you need to get out.” I’ll be generous and say we stayed inside for maybe another 60 seconds trying to figure out what to do to which she said “I’m not gonna ask you a third time you need to get out.” I understand it being a tighter space and we didn’t want to be in the way but have some respect, basic understanding and kindness for your customers. I also understand every establishment has policies that need to be respected by customers but there are many, many more respectable and professional ways to enforce your policies rather than degrading people. A simple “I’m sorry folks but the host misinformed you and we don’t have waiting room inside would you mind waiting outside until your table is ready” would of gone a long way. If this approach is unreasonable for you, you should take yourself back to restaurant 101. CUSTOMER SERVICE. I asked her who her manager was and she said Andrea and said she was also the owner and laughed and said “so good luck with that one.” I told her she was extremely rude and should be embarrassed for treating guests like that. Coming from a general manager of a very successful restaurant in Boston and being in the restaurant industry for 20 years, I am always sympathetic for restaurants but I am absolutely appalled by Andrea and the fact that anyone in the service industry would treat their guests in such a manner to kick us out back to the rain after waiting an hour already and making us feel wildly unwelcome for simply standing in her restaurant. I’ve dealt with every customer under the sun and I could not even think of treating anybody at my restaurant this way. You can run a successful, high volume, restaurant while maintaining a certain level of professionalism and respect. After reading how she responds to anything less than a 5 star review and how she treated us I will never return nor recommend. I hope she treats her staff better then her customers. Went to banners and was treated great and had great food. Or go to stairway cafe next door, food is always amazing and the owner is so sweet.

We stumbled upon this cute restaurant and felt like we hit the breakfast jackpot. Food, service, and a great humor.

Having to call on the phone to get a table is pretty inconvenient. The food was ok but nothing special. Service was good. Charging extra for paying with a credit card, really? I asked to not put Mayo on my sandwich and to bring me a side or Mayo instead but I was charge $1 for that side of mayo, like Seriously? The owner is probably going to reply to this all mad like I noticed in all the previous reviews that were giving a less than positive feed back, but I’m just being honest. I would not come back, I’m sure I can find better food for my money.
