When my daughter started classes up the street I would pass by and notice the parking lot was always full, so today I decided to stop and check it out when I noticed a few open spots. As someone with mobility issues I appreciated the entrance had a ramp which meant I didn’t have to navigate stairs. Upon entering I was promptly greeted with genuine southern hospitality. I had the steak and cheese sandwich with fries and it was fast, hot, and fantastic as was the service. It is noteworthy to add that you must exit the restaurant to access the restrooms but if you don’t ‘gotta go’ it’s no big deal. I’m glad I stopped in and hope to be back soon!

My husband and I went to 220 Grill for the first time today. We have lived nearby since 2008 but we just never realized there was a great little diner basically in our back yard.
When we walked in, we were so surprised that the place was very brightly lit and super cheery. The waitresses greeted us in such a genuinely friendly manner that we didn’t feel pounced-upon like you do when you visit a church for the first time.
Our food came so quickly! We usually frequent another restaurant and in comparison, the food was much better quality at 220 Grill. We were on the lookout for other people needing our table and since they didn’t at the moment, we enjoyed finishing up our coffee. But the staff there never rushed us at all.
We really did enjoy our meal and experience at the 220 Grill and plan to return soon.

A couple of weeks ago my husband, our toddler and myself stopped in for a late lunch around 2:20 we were welcomed in just as normal. It wasn’t until our toddler needed to use the restroom that I realized they closed at 2:30. I apologized for not realizing they closed at 2:30. They never made I feel rushed and everyone was so friendly. They had a prize tray that they offer to younger kids to get a prize for eating all their food.

Pulled up local restaurants on google when Traveling through to Boone to assist our daughter with new furniture she bought while at AppState. This restaurant came up and had the best ratings around! The staff was friendly and the food was delicious! Everything tasted freshly cooked and the prices were reasonable.
