I really wanted to like this because I miss a good chopped cheese but this was not it. For starters the guy working was very slow like he just wasn’t there. Second, I was the only customer and I had to wait 55 minutes for the food which is insane. Lastly as I was hoping this would be worth the wait, it wasn’t, the chopped cheese tasted rubbery and it was drench in ketchup. The fries were extremely overcooked and the cheese sauce they had tasted and looked like a week old. Wouldn’t go back especially that was about $30

I ordered online and food was supposed to be ready by 8:07 probably got it like 10-15 minutes after that. They were busy so it’s expected. And its cooked fresh so just be patient!!!! You won’t be disappointed

I ordered online and PAID at 10:00 PM. The confirmation said my food would be ready by 11:12 PM. I got there on time, but was told I still had to wait. It’s now 11:52 PM and my order of just 6 sliders and some fries still isn’t ready.
Almost 2 hours for something that should take 15–20 minutes is unacceptable. If you can’t handle orders, don’t keep taking people’s money online and giving fake pickup times. Reading other reviews, it seems the only excuse here is “we’re busy.” Being busy is not an excuse for this level of disorganization.
Poor service, poor management. Won’t be ordering again.

If I could give zero stars I will!! I got there no one acknowledged me. They only have one worker doing the food and taking the orders. Delivery driver said he’s been standing there for over 30 minutes. I understood the assignment once he stated that and dipped. Work on y’all customer service y’all not the only food truck nor only restaurant in Miami that has good food.

Needed a last minute order of wings and this Food truck was open. I was able to order a 30 piece half Hot honey lemon pepper half honey Barbecue. Prices were reasonable and my order came out in a timely matter. If I am in Miami I know to stop here.
