We dined in the bar. The service was fast and friendly. The margaritas were huge and not too sweet which I loved. The chips came with both salsa and warm bean dip (including melty cheese). Our server then brought a small plate of mushroom salsa. I thought it sounded strange but tried it anyways. It was delicious, (think mushroom ceviche for the flavor) where has this been my whole life!? Had the steak Authentico Tacos. They were very flavorful and tender. Will definitely be back!

From the outside 2 Margaritas looks like a somewhat ratty “family” Mexican restaurant. The inside largely matches that idea, with typically garish decor. Well, they probably need to spruce it up a bit. This is actually an exceptionally good Mexican restaurant, with a diverse menu featuring imaginative dishes, memorable sauces, and a very capable staff. I had the two crab enchiladas and they were delicious. My wife had chicken enchiladas, also very good. The standard chip basket came with a delicious sauce that I’ll call mushroom ceviche, diced mushrooms in lime juice with cilantro and a wee bit of hot pepper. That’s just an example of the kinds of surprises you get here. Also, the restaurant overlooks the highway and the water; the highway is quiet and the water is a great view. Sadly the beer selection is pretty limited but in the future this place is definitely on the map for me.

The 5 star trifecta of delicious food, great service and a beautiful view and atmosphere. Some of the best Mexican on the Olympic peninsula and definitely in Mason county. Inexpensive too!

Colorful Mexican restaurant on the Hood Canal River. Upon arriving the staff was warm and welcoming. Large portions for food and drinks were a great value. My camarones a la diabla was more sweet than spicy which was a little disappointing, but my friends enjoyed their dishes.

Visited the Allyn location tonight for dinner. First time back in a couple of years, and the food had always been good in the past – but not tonight. The taco salad was bland, and the lettuce should have been thrown out, it was mushy and way past its prime. The tortilla soup was just fair. The prices have also increased significantly. Service was good and staff is fr, but we won’t be back.

The restaurant in home is new and just opened about 2 weeks ago. I’ve gone twice. Food was excellent and massive portions. Staff are great and have been very attentive even with the restaurant being totally full all the time. The mushroom salsa that is given with chips is to die for. Margaritas are super strong and tasty.

I visited this Mexican restaurant with my friend and baby, and we had a fantastic experience. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel very welcome. The food was delicious with generous portions; we couldn’t finish it all! My favorite was the michelada, a perfect blend of flavors. I highly recommend this restaurant for a great dining experience.
