This Paraguayan restaurant offers an authentic taste of South America that is truly delightful. The flavors are rich and satisfying, reflecting a culinary tradition that’s both comforting and exciting. Each dish we tried was prepared with evident care and fresh ingredients, making for a memorable dining experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting, complementing the exceptional food perfectly. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment for anyone seeking a genuine and delicious Paraguayan meal.

Excelente! Refreshing to have some options in Park City with that homemade flavor that you don’t get when you eat at chain restaurants. I live down in the valley and will be driving back just to try more amazing food.

The owner was super nice. The food tasted really great. They had schwarma sandwiches and lomos, empanadas, cheese bread… it was all so tasty. The restaurant was very clean and the food came out super fast. The owner did an amazing job at the beautiful ambience and music choices. Would love to come back for sure.

I never want to write a bad review about a mom and pop shop — usually I’ll just move on from a bad experience without damning anyone online. This experience, though, deserves a bad review.

First of all, the wait was really slow. I could have easily forgiven that but then learned that they were out of every type of mbeju. They were also out of several types of empanadas and at least one other menu item. Mind you, they don’t have a large menu to begin with. In the end, I chose a chicken empanada (one of the few flavors they had available) and fries to go.

I was handed a lukewarm and excessively bland empanada that had been sitting in their display case and supremely salty fries. Everything was handed to me in two bowls which I got to balance on my way to the car. I’ve never seen to go food given out like this.

All I can say is that this was a terrible experience and absolutely not worth the $10+ I paid for two small dishes. Two thumbs way, way down.

When are they ever open is the question, because they are never open.

Honestly so so so so good!! My husband lived in Paraguay and said it was very authentic! I wish we had one in SLC! SO YUMMY! We got several different things and it did not disappoint! We hope to come back soon!

Rating a 2 star because this restaurant is certainly not a 4.7.

Food took forever, in a nearly empty restaurant it took over 20 minutes.

Empanada dipping sauce was pure mayonnaise, in a tall narrow cup that you couldn’t dip into.

The shawarma was covered in mayo. It seemed like the type of shawarma I would make someone if I didn’t have a recipe to follow and had to use ingredients already in my fridge.

Honestly they’re probably a 3 star but seeing them at 4.7, something is off and the weighted average needs to come down.

One of the best places I’ve eaten in Utah!! Their beef and chicken shawarmas were so good and flavorful. Really loved the chicken one. The wrap was crispy and fresh. It was too yummy so forgot to take a picture. Highly recommended!

I lived in Paraguay for 2 years Believe me when I say this: the food is perfectly authentic Paraguayan cuisine. Everything I tried was simply delicious! And the flavors exactly as I remember them from my time in Paraguay.
I personally recommend trying mbeju (a pancake similar to Brazilian Cheese Bread Pão de Queijo) and the Lomito Arabe (Similar to a shawarma wrap). If you want an authentic Paraguayan milk tea, ask for a cocido as well.
The folks that own this restaurant are friendly and are happy to recommend dishes as well. Anyone with an adventurous spirit should try Paraguayan food, and Dos Hermanos delivers the perfectly authentic Paraguayan experience.
