Check out the new look at 2 Ginger! They just renovated and the place looks great—super clean and decked out with cool decor.

Appetizers: They have a huge variety and everything we tried was mouth-watering.

Main Course: We ordered the Butter Chicken and Goat Curry. Both were incredible and the portions are actually big enough to fill you up.

The Chef: The chef (who comes from the Oberoi) actually came out to our table to see how we liked everything. It’s rare to get that kind of personal touch!
Honestly, the service is top-notch and the flavors are the real deal. Definitely worth a visit if you’re craving authentic Indian food.

2 gingers is my Go-To for all my Indian cuisine favorites! I don’t frequent here as much as I would like to but any chance I get no doubt do I make the effort. The staff are friendly and the food is on point. If you haven’t already visited here, what are you waiting for!

2 Gingers on Bush River Road in Columbia is under new ownership, and the changes are immediately noticeable in a very good way. The menu has been streamlined, parking is plentiful, and the exterior has been freshly painted white, giving the place a clean, updated look before you even walk in.

Inside, the space has been beautifully remodeled. It’s bright, white, modern, and spotless, with tasteful accents that make it feel welcoming without being overdone. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout the visit.

I missed their weekend buffet (which I’d love to try next time), but ordered the tandoori chicken with a side of garlic naan. The tandoori chicken was outstanding—deep, authentic flavor with just the right amount of spice. Enough heat to lightly tingle your lips, but not overpowering or lingering. Easily one of the most flavorful tandoori chickens I’ve ever had. The garlic naan was absolute perfection.

If I lived closer, this would be a regular stop, especially to catch the buffet on a weekend. Highly recommended—definitely worth checking out.

2 Gingers has revamped inside and outside, under new management and a new Chef. We had a wonderful experience. Came in today around 1:30pm. Markyus was amazing and so sweet and kind. The Chef came out to speak with us. When i say speak with us he actually talked with us. FeIlt very welcomed and we left very happy customers. We have always really liked this resteraunt. Now it’s even better. I didnt know how much better the food could get but it did. The portion sizes are GREAT and Big! We always get an extra meal to take home because its so good. I’m glad we did today because it was even better. Not only have the revamped the outside with new paint, also revamped the inside with new paint, new atmosphere, new decor, looks like a new resteraunt. They have also revamped their menu. It is easier to read and pick what you are craving. They have cut down the menu. They still have a veriety of different meals for everyone in the family. That have done fabulous with decor, with the amazing staff and on top of that their amazing food. We will be coming back and we will be tellling everyone we can about them.

Worse restaurant I’ve ever been to in the entire Columbia area. I should’ve known when I walked in and there was no one dining it at all.

Took over 30 minutes after ordering my food before I just told them to cancel it completely and ended up leaving.

The customer service is by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in my life. I’m so disgusted with the plates on the table for my food to go on. They were dirty.

I have nothing against Indian people but these guys were definitely so slack. They took about 10 minutes to take my order when there was no other guest in the entire restaurant. Very unfortunate 1 hour of my life I will never get back.

I HIGHLY ADVISE YOU TO NOT COME TO THIS RESTAURANT ❗️❗️❗️

Classy interior with a beautiful menu to match! Flavorful Indian cuisine, great ambiance music, and clean dining room layout takes date night to another level. Highly recommend the Tikki Masala.

Ravi was either the Manager and/or chef but he and his staff are very courteous, professional, and welcoming. Food was delicious and tasty. Ravi took the time out to ensure everything was accurate and up to our expectations. Highly recommend if you are looking for quality indian food and great service!

I was told this was the best Indian in Columbia! Nope it is definitely not! Overpriced and small portions! We were seated right away and there were only a few other tables. My husband and my two children. We ordered two kids chicken strip meals with one fries and one rice $12×2, (only the children were offered drinks $3×2 but never refilled even waters) veggie samosas $6, curry lamb $18, chicken wings and garlic nan $6. The $16 wings come and there are only 4! We then got the lamb and it was a very small portion and the nan. The waiter comes back and says is this all you ordered it does not appear enough and I said well I also ordered samosas and they never came but maybe you are right and I ordered butter chicken $17. It came with a manager and eventually my samosas freezing cold in the middle. We get the check and with tip $109!!!! I go back in because this is ridiculous and the manager explains they are under new management and they had not realized the wings were so much and he offers another butter chicken to go for our trouble! Overpriced, small portions, long wait time and just a disjointed management. Also another family said “we didn’t realize this would be so spicy and the waiter said loudly: how could you not the menu literally says it!”
We will not return because who can afford it?!

Tried them out for weekend lunch buffet. Price is too high in my opinion, better price would be $14.99 not $17.99. Some of the meat dishes were good. Butter chicken was tender, biryani was nice. Wish they had saag, but all in all, food was tasty. I was not impressed with the decor or atmosphere. It felt run down and needs an overhaul. Like, why is there an outlet in middle of floor where people walk with tape all over it?
