For my first impression this place has delicious and very well seasoned food. There are plenty of healthy and fresh options to choose from. I ordered the breakfast wrap and my husband ordered the acai bowl and the PB&J smoothie with an odd combination of blueberry, strawberry and banana. He was more impressed with the acai bowl than the smoothie. I have no complaints about the food. My only turnoffs from this place were the uncomfortable seats and the unfortunate location of seating next to the bathroom where you can see straight in and smell it. A partition wall would be great to place there since there’s more than enough room to do so. People don’t close the door when they leave. Otherwise, this place is a great alternative to the other restaurants nearby.

Really nice atmosphere. You walk in and can sit wherever you’d like. They have a small menu. I ordered the tuna melt (10/10)with truffle fries(5/10) and half a Cesar salad(10/10) and a mimosa. My husband ordered the sweet hottie on a baguette(8/10) with greens and the immunity juice.(10/10). Everything was delicious .. the truffle fries are the only thing that was underwhelming.. the cesar salad had a different taste that i loved. Idk if it was the dressing or the caramilized onions. My husband is also picky and he liked his sandwich. Will definitely be coming back

Charming and contemporary diner featuring a cozy breakfast bar and seating on one side, complemented by a dining area on the other. During our visit, the place had a consistent flow of patrons, and the staff was earnestly keeping pace. Though there was a bit of a wait as tables were being prepared, I’m confident they’ll smooth out the kinks.

The diner boasts a delightful coffee and tea selection paired with a light breakfast offering, including omelets, avocado toast, and more. For lunch, they serve a variety of soups and sandwiches. Additionally, they have a range of smoothies and juices available.

Once again food followers I am at a place in Pittston called Canteen Central. The last time I was at this establishment they were on Market Street in Kingston. Now I ordered the Canteen Classic Cheeseburger which comes with lettuce tomato pickle cheese and chipotle mayo. It was a nice size burger, hot and juicy. I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about chipotle mayo but that turned out to be really good also enhancing the taste of the burger with the other toppings and ingredients. You have your choice of side salad (house) or chips. I took the salad. They make their own balsamic vinegar dressing. Me not liking salads this was good, maybe because I asked for extra dressing. I also ordered their truffle Parm fries, I don’t know how to really describe this other then really good and interesting. They serve both breakfast and lunch all day. Until next review be blessed and stay safe.

My clients picked this spot for lunch and I ordered the chicken sandwich. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and was greeted by a really nice man. I picked up the food, paid and left. When I dug in my sandwich it was very tasty. I enjoyed the taste of the sauce they added. The chips I could of done without. Besides that I had a really good experience and would return.

Well! The food tasted good the juices were overwhelming…the lemonade tasted like water with few drops of artificial lime…the mango smoothie tasted like mango soap…the service was tooo slow! The place’s not organized, we sat ourselves in a table with leftovers and other tables were not clean also. The decor is sooooo noisy for the eyes, it gives a negative vibe. The place smelled like burned old fats over a skillet.

Today I met Bhanu who took my order after offering suggestions. I got the Chopped Italian sandwich. Oh my!! To start, this place should be packed! It is so clean inside and the people are so friendly who work there. It did not like take long for me to get my order, and the sandwich was absolutely perfect!
I got the marble rye bread which was lightly grilled so the bread was still nice and soft with a very crispy crust. The sandwich was a mix of fine, Italian meats, lettuce tomato banana peppers pickled red onion roasted red peppers mayo and a vinaigrette dressing. Amazing!!You have a choice of chips or greens with your sandwich. The greens included spinach, romaine, arugula, cucumbers & carrotsand came with a vinaigrette dressing.

This place is absolutely lovely. From the moment I walked in I was impressed; the Cantina feels very comfortable and casual, the kind of place you feel like you can just drop in to eat. The wait staff was attentive and polite, and they made myself and my friend feel quite comfortable. The open air feel, courtesy of the large opening windows, gave the Cantina a “street dining” feel, something you can’t get in Pittston anywhere else. The menu is pretty diverse, but I ordered their signature sandwich with chips, as well as an iced coffee. They did not disappoint. The portion sizes were excellent, and the sandwich was cooked to perfection. It was delicious, yet simple; the chips (cooked on-site) were tasty and well done. Seeing the large sandwich come across the room was delightful; the presentation of the iced coffee even more so. We eat with our eyes first, and my eyes were immensely pleased. The coffee was a cold can of coffee served with a small pitcher of cream, a glass of ice, and sugar packets on the side. (I substituted the sugar packets with brown sugar from the kitchen, which they happily provided.) The drink was delicious, refreshing, and and very smooth.

All in all, it was a wonderful experience and I look forward to returning once the restaurant properly opens. The only complaint might be the pricing; it’s a little high for the average income bracket of the area, but I didn’t really feel like I overpaid. The experience was a treat and well worth paying for.
