We came here to celebrate my son’s birthday and had such an amazing experience! The food was fresh, delicious, and came out quickly… the variety is fantastic and everything we tried was so good.
Our server Jenny was absolutely amazing. She was kind, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. She truly helped make my son’s birthday feel special, and her service really stood out.

Went for a dinner date with my wife and we enjoyed the spread. We started with sashimi and got a bunch of their speciality rolls. Some of our favourites include the torched salmon sushi as well as the mango green dragon roll. There is a dessert, fruits and soup bar, and unlimited iced cream. Loved the experience. Good AYCE at good price. There’s a 5% discount for cash payments.

We were here Jan 18th mid dinner rush and Paul was our server tonight. After finding us a seat to wait for a table he engaged us with waters while we waited and cleared a table to have us sit in his section. We moved away from the area recently – and this used to be our go- to Sushi restaurant. Once coming back after so long Paul gave us such a hands on and amazing experience. He was kind, helpful, diligent about our orders, chatted with us and engaged! Beyond excellent service he deserves a raise!

I celebrated my birthday at 168 Sushi Buffet and it reminded me why this place stays popular in Mississauga. The energy is lively, the food comes out fast and fresh, and there is something satisfying about watching plate after plate arrive at the table.
My favourites never change. The spicy seafood mussel bowl is the dish I always reorder because the flavour hits perfectly every time. And their sashimi is consistently fresh, clean tasting, and far better than what most all-you-can-eat places offer.
The atmosphere is fun and modern, with robot servers weaving through the restaurant, which adds to the experience for both kids and adults.
One exciting thing to mention is that starting on November 24, 2025, 168 Sushi will be adding a full BBQ menu, which means the dining experience is about to get even better. Sushi, sashimi, grilled dishes and AYCE all in one place is going to be hard to beat.
If you are celebrating something, going out with family or just craving a big variety of food, 168 Sushi Buffet is always a dependable spot. I will definitely be coming back, especially once that BBQ menu launches.

Saw this sushi place on tik too and made a trip in a minor snowstorm to get here.
My group was not disappointed, service was top notch. Sushi bar was quick barely finished one dish and others arrived. Staff were polite, the place was clean!
Only thing I can say that needs improvement is the dessert stand, it’s standard for buffet but have no complaints on the ice cream
Also the ice coffee was fun! Got to behead the teddy bear with hot liquid would recommend adding a sugar or sweetener if you prefer a sweeter coffee.

The sushi was great and very fresh — my kids and I really enjoyed it! The only downside was that the table we got in the other section wasn’t as comfortable or nice as the main area. But overall, it was a good experience and we all loved the food.
