Very cool, in the skyways and they make the sushi right in front of you. I got the Shrimp Tempura, it was about $11 and very good and filling. They were also willing to accommodate the cooking area to make it safe for my friend’s allergy!

If you aren’t eating at 123 Sushi, you are genuinely missing out on the best part of the work week. This isn’t just a lunch spot; it is a culinary powerhouse and, without exaggeration, the crown jewel of the IDS Center. My colleagues and I have turned our weekly visit into a sacred ritual because the quality here is simply unrivaled.
The sushi is consistently pristine—so fresh it tastes like it was flown in this morning—and their signature rolls are masterfully balanced explosions for the senses. I am personally obsessed with the Toshi Roll. It is a flavor-packed masterpiece overflowing with high-quality fish. While one roll is a generous meal for most, I surrender to two orders every single time because it’s so delicious I physically cannot stop eating!
What truly sets this place apart, though, is the team. The duo running the show are absolute legends—the very definition of hospitality. They are efficient, hardworking, and so thoughtful that they remember our faces and our orders every time. They treat every customer like a VIP, managing the lunch rush with unmatched speed and kindness.
There is nothing quite like the experience of taking your order to go and sitting in the Crystal Court. Soaking in the energy of the city and the stunning ambiance while enjoying world-class sushi is the ultimate Minneapolis lunch experience. It is an unbeatable value for a five-star meal. I’ll be back next week, the week after, and every week for the foreseeable future. Perfection in every bite!

My coworkers and I make a sushi trip to 1, 2, 3 Sushi at least once a week. We always look forward to going and it’s a literally a highlight each week. The food is delicious and always fresh! We literally see them preparing everything in front of us and not to mention, they literally know and remember our orders by heart. It is always the same two people working- whom I believe are the owners- and they are always so friendly and kind. We truly love it there and recommend it constantly. These two have a great thing going and deserve all of the stars!

Came here with my family and ordered some sushi bowl lunch specials. Each bowl was PACKED. I like how they let us build our own sushi bowls even down to the toppings and sauce. They made the order quickly and they kept the place looking clean and tidy.

Stopped here for a quick lunch and the ramen was surprisingly good. I ordered the pork belly and the entire bowl was overall impressive. I think the predominant flavor was dashi/seaweed, however the pork belly was very flavorful. The noodles came out of a package and the soft boiled egg could have used some seasoning (soy bath), but overall I honestly can’t complain. The price was about as low as it gets and the service was fairly quick. The entire bowl along with a separate container of broth was nicely packaged up for transport. Overall I’m giving this place a high score simply because they are one of the only ramen lunch options accessible by skyway and the price was super low. $12 for a bowl of near legit ramen is impressive. Go for it!

Cute sushi joint offers up excellent dishes right in front of you, made fresh.
Chicken miso ramen was fantastic.
Short walk from the Marriott hotel. You have to weave your way across several skyway bridges, but it is convenient.

I have been here a few times over the years. It’s a cute place for kids. Not a full fledged sushi place… sort like the McDonald’s of sushi fast food but classier.
Overall menu is a bit expensive and I think you pay extra for the cute boxes and hip-ness. But again it’s fun for kids and young adults. When I take my kids to visit work is the only time I have gone.
I like the Toshi roll and chicken katsu ramen.
Couple things I wished: larger rolls, drop prices 15%, and give more soy sauce and wasabi.

Just love this place! One roll is plenty for lunch, and that’s not typical for me, but their rolls are absolutely packed. The shrimp tempura roll is super tasty with the mango, which isn’t usually something I’d add in. The gal that always seems to work weekdays is the sweetest – I love the food but coming in and chatting with the employees makes me just as happy. I just wish they were open later/on weekends or still had other locations, but it’s worth a little trek for a work lunch!

Proportions are absolutely gigantic. I’ve never had sushi this huge before. They do not skimp on anything (even expensive avocado).
Because they’re so huge and made to order, the chef did seem to roll them kinda loose and it was a little rough to eat with chopsticks. Partially because I suck at that though.
Would definitely opt for forks next time and a single roll but a very happy customer. So good and fresh.

I have eaten here twice, one is the most ordered fish rice (maybe cooked salmon), and the other is tempura rice. The delivery speed is very fast, and the rice set is good. I didn’t taste sushi. Unfortunately, the high stool is not suitable for eating, and the legs are very uncomfortable.
