Run, don’t walk, to 123 DZO! The service was a little slow, but honestly, that was totally fine—the place was busy, and it was clear they were hustling to keep up. Plus, the food was worth the wait.
The atmosphere is awesome—lots of TVs for watching games, tons of beers on tap, and a great mix of dining and bar seating. They even have games to play and multiple pool tables, which makes it a fun spot to hang out with friends.
When the food came out, it was piping hot and incredibly fresh. The pho was absolutely fabulous—full of flavor and perfectly balanced.
They also have a great happy hour and a second happy hour on game days, which is a huge win. Overall, it’s a lively, welcoming spot that’s perfect for good food, good drinks, and a good time.

Easily one of my favorite spots in Richmond. Bartenders are the nicest, drinks are strong and cheap and the FOOD. I’ve tried a few things and it’s all been fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere is that of a normal sports bar, but not too loud and annoying like some. I hope this place stays open for a good while because it’s an all around good stop in!

So happy someone recommended this place in the neighborhood group. Food was awesome, portions generous and staff very nice and helpful.
We came at the early dinner/late lunch time, so it was just a very few people there.
P.S. Edited to add photos from our second visit- same great experience with one minus- the oxtail were undercooked- still super flavorful soup.

We love visiting this restaurant. We usually get out of work late so it’s great to have a Vietnamese restaurant that is open late. It’s also great not having to drive all the way to Richmond to have a great bowl of Pho. Service is great and they have a full bar! Awesome happy hour deals as well!

First timers! Our party of four are big foodies. Two of us are veteran workers. Jimmy deserves all the praise. He timed our meal out perfectly. The cooks also did a fantastic job. I loved how flavorful and tender my beef skewers were. My friends loved their foods and drinks. Husband got wings and they were so crispy and moist. Nice flavor! They do serve the sauce on the side so ask them to toss it if you prefer. The blue cheese dressing was good. I got to try a piece of the cuttlefish and it was a bit tough but hosted a good flavor. My friend loved the spring rolls, chicken skewers My bahn mi was very good. I always get a side of broth to make a viet dip. The broth was a tad earthy but it paired well with my sandwich and hubby’s pho.

The food was delicious! I had the Pho Ga (chicken) and it was very tasty (and not super salty like other broths I’ve tasted). The spring rolls were crunchy and yummy and the chicken skewers were tasty. The food had great temperature. Would definitely come back again. We went on a Friday night and it was a bit quiet in the restaurant and service was sorta slow but I was in good company so I didn’t notice too much.

Wasn’t busy on a Saturday afternoon. Didn’t have high expectations for the food since it is a sports bar type restaurant. Chicken vermicelli bowls were a generous portion and the beef summer rolls were good. It’s a Good spot to enjoy Vietnamese food and some drinks if this is your type of scene.

I hosted my husband’s 50th birthday party here last night, and it was fantastic. We played darts and pool and just had a great time. The service was fast and friendly, and I can’t count the number of compliments we received on the food. Jimmy and his staff are awesome, and this place is a hidden gem.
