Hands down the best restaurant we have been to in a long time! Service was great and fast. Food was phenomenal and the pasta was a huge portion so I’ll probably get two more meals out of it. Our server Amanda was also super helpful and friendly and gave us options for breakfast the next morning since we were in town visiting. We will definitely be back to Farmington just for this place alone! Highly recommend everyone tries this place. 12 West deserves more recognition!

12 West is a vibe. The food and drinks were top notch as well as the service. The only reason why I gave 4/5 is that the brussel sprouts were drenched in too much of the sauce. Ordered “crispy brussel sprouts” but didn’t really get that. It was good in flavor overall, it was just a lot of sauce making the brussel sprouts really soft and soggy.

I tried the tacos which were good and flavour full the bar itself is nice but small it’s more like a fine dining experience compared to the other pizza place .. but they still Had the best pizza . This place is good if you need more of grill food than the fried..

Gem in the middle of the city. Amazing food. Brussels sprouts appetizer was yummy, the orange chicken was surprisingly good, the meat dishes were tender, and the desserts are a can’t miss (Bread pudding was heavenly). My Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich didn’t have any heat to it, but other than that a very hearty and satisfying meal.

Our waitress was very good. The restaurant is super cute. We ordered chicken on our salads and it was overcooked. The same thing happened with the mahi mahi. We ate it, we didn’t complain. If we weren’t leaving the state early tomorrow I probably would have mentioned it.. I wouldn’t order those dishes again if we were to come back.. We are not from this state. The dinner wasn’t one to rave about.

Fine dining option in Farmington!
Had my sons rehearsal dinner here for his wedding. Rented a side room separate from the bar and that dining area. Had one server that was amazing. She was taking drinks orders and finding people all night and we were a big crowd.
We had enough privacy that you couldn’t tell. There was a dining area right in the room next-door and a full bar.
The food was spectacular. The fish was cooked perfectly and served with an excellent risotto. Also perfectly cooked fillets. And people loved the pasta dish.
Also had appetizers that were quite good like fried green beans.
It could not have gone any better and I highly recommend the place, especially for a group of event.

First I’d like to say this isn’t our first time here. We’ve been here once before.
We did have a good meal the first trip, so no hesitation returning.
My wife and I met another couple for dinner.
We had a great meal with outstanding service. My wife like her Southwest Corn Chicken dinner and I really liked my Bourbon Street Penne.
With that said 2 slight negatives for the Manager, might be difficult but both times the room was very loud. Don’t know how possible putting some deadening materials in the room maybe? Also, my potato soup was cold. Not anything that would keep me from recommending.

Run, don’t walk to this place!! Everything we had was soooo good. My husband and I talked about it all the way back to Millstadt. We shared the fried green tomatoes and Brussel sprouts with our dinner companions. Both were excellent. I had a cup of the potato soup… really good and the Cajun salmon. Cooked to perfection and the topping with the andouille and crawfish was yum. Very hearty and large portion. My husband had the ribeye and the strawberry salad. He was in heaven. The mashed potatoes were pretty good… we are critics and rarely like restaurant mashed because let’s face it…I make the best mashed potatoes…they passed the restaurant test. The puréed sweet potatoes were delicious and my husband cleaned his plate and he never eats sweet potatoes. We really wanted to try desserts but were to full. Will have to make a return visit just for dessert. Well done 12 West!!

Caitlyn, my waitress, was so nice and very attentive! She was kind and prompt and kept checking in. The food was incredible–coconut shrimp appetizer and bourbon beef tips for dinner with bread pudding for dessert. The beef tips sauce was dreamy! I had planned on eating half of it but couldn’t stop myself! What a friendly restaurant with a warm environment and delicious food!! Everyone was smiling and professional, even the bus boys that came out!
