Flavored lemonade was pretty good. Gnocchi dish left a lot to be desired, but the other dish was so good that it balanced it out. Dessert was delicious…. Mrs left happy. Waitress was fine, we like someone who talks a bit more, but we won’t penalize her for getting to it. Definitely our best 110 experience to date.

The food was amazing! I got the tomato soup with grilled cheese and the tomato soup tasted fresh and creamy and spiced just right! The grilled cheese was on a nice crunchy bread and the cheeses blended together went together wonderfully! The waitress that we had was prompt and delightful. One of the things that stood out to me was 110’s dedication to making sure people with food allergies can still enjoy a delicious meal! The atmosphere was filled with upbeat music and nice soft lighting and interestingly shaped lamps. Overall it was a wonderful experience dining here today!

Flies everywhere, fruit and drain flies. Dirty.

So ANYway. We switched tables when we realized the wall next to us was alive. Then the table we moved to was also swarming.
Alicia the kitchen manager felt no need to come by nor did the GM who had just arrived onsite. We asked for the kitchen manager to come and see us. She had barely an apology and no excuse for passing us by after the table move occurred. Apparently the bug thing is a known issue.
We weren’t asking for comps but to not even come by on your own and address the issue!! Come on! Oh and…there were no comps.

Extra credit for being food-allergy friendly. Gluten-free needs were inquired of by the hostess. A GF menu was provided. GF dishes were delivered, personally, by the manager. The food was delicious. We are particularly fond of the onion strings. Our server was friendly and efficient. Around us were couples apparently on dates, families with children, and groups of friends.

I was eating at this joint a few days back. Erin was my server and let me just say , she makes Fuzzy Navels like I’ve never had. She had my blood flowing in places I haven’t had circulation in sometime. Her fried pickles had me smitten and her charm gave me butterflies. Is she single ?

Food: the food was probably the worst that I’ve had today and I’ve came to this location multiple times before. Not sure if they decided to just downgrade the food or kitchen staff was in a bad mood. This was just unacceptable. Crab raccoons dip was just fake crabmeat with mozzarella cheese on top with very salty paprika chips that were stale. The serving size was probably only half of the bowl and you can probably get like six chips dips before you empty it out. The honey, hot chicken sandwich barely got any sauce on it. It was a completely dry sandwich with maybe a drizzle honey…Compared to the other photos that others have post of the sandwich, that’s just terrible. Caesar salad was fine, the chicken wasn’t even seasoned just seared on the grill.

Service: Our server was nice, she did her job.

Ambiance: since this is a recent build on the restaurant franchise. It does have a beautiful bar to sit in the dining hall near the kitchen is rather a nice ambience for nighttime.

Location accommodation: it’s in the Blackstone Valley Plaza, but a little bit before you enter into the plaza right next to the movie theater on the lower level. It looks a lot bigger on the inside than it does on the inside, then it does on the outside.

Normally not one to leave reviews but we previously had a bad experience at this location and after speaking to a manager they advised they would take care of next visit if we decide to visit again. When we came in for this visit the service was fast friendly and food was exceptional. Erin our server was attentive and got everything we wanted up front. Refills were given without having to ask. We had the pleasure to chat with the GM Jonathan and he took care of our entire bill without asking. Working with the public is hard and they took the extra steps to make things right and went above and beyond. We will continue to be long time customers and encourage anyone to dine here! Jonathan has been fairly new but he has been doing a great job to help turn this place around and get food our fast and promptly.
Side note: anyone with Gluten Free needs this is the spot to go! My wife has celiac and they take all the precautions and everything came out amazing.
Thank you Erin and Jonathan for a great experience. We will be back!

First off, this is probably one of the best experiences I have ever had at the Millbury 110! My family and I came in this evening to grab some dinner after the movies. We come here all the time specifically for your attention to details with food allergies. We had Kevina this evening and she was SPECTACULAR. The service and food was amazing, with Kevina bringing out the kid’s meals first to make sure they were taken care of and happy! The last time we were here about 3 months ago, the place seemed very disorganized and the food was subpar. This time around, we immediately noticed a difference in the environment and quality of the food. When the manager ran our son’s food, he was a new face we didnt recognize from before. We asked who he was and said he was the new general manager. We told him we dont know how long he’s been there but we can definitely see the changes that have been made since his arrival. We grabbed dessert, told Kevina we would defintely be back and headed out. Kudos to 110 for finding a general manager that can turn Millbury around, as we are local and this is one of our favorite places to come in town.

So the score is actually 5.9.
We came back and it was perfect. The waitress was cheerful and helpful, really above average. The food was all perfect. We ordered fried pickles, tuna, wings, and their shrimp with salads. It was perfectly cooked, taste was not to hot, not to boring, it was outstanding, like round of applause outstanding. The host didn’t greet us we waited for 6 minutes till someone spoke to us. A friendly waitress. The host was so shocked the people before us had 11 people her ignored other couples coming in. We all (other couples)had reservations, the party of 11 could have waited especially since they did not have reservations. Anyway they rest of the night was beautiful thank you for making it a great date night

I just wanted to share my experience at 110 grill In Millbury today. I had one of the best servers I’ve ever had at any restaurants, her name is Joanna. I had a problem with my table’s burger she was very kind she get me a new one as well as took it off the bill for me and my kiddo. She then offered him a scoop of ice cream and made his day by taking her time to talk to him. Definitely would come back again, especially for her!
