The bagels are high quality but don’t order from them through an app. They’ve gotten orders wrong in the past, and they’ve messed up both of my ubereats orders this week. First time, they didn’t see the checked boxes saying no onions, no capers, no tomatoes on a lox bagel with cream cheese order. So the second time (same order), I put it in the comments. This time, I just got back a bagel with cream cheese and tomato slices. Like how-?

So great. Prompt service. Meaningful service. Good food. I have four kids 13-6 and they all loved it as well. We tried to go to the French patisserie place up the street but it took 30 minutes to get our order in. So we just left and went to bagels 101! They were good and quick, and delicious.

Placed a pickup order through their site and was dissatisfied…. 2 breakfast bagels with egg, bacon, and cheese were so dry and bland. Egg was thin and patty like, bacon looked like it was microwaved. It was pretty cold too. I got there 5-7 minutes after they said it would be ready. Ended up giving one of the bagels to some homeless guy by the strand it was so terrible.

Absolutely love this place. Such a gem. I’ve been going regularly since I moved to Oceanside and not only do they recognize me when I walk in the door, they know my order and the little things I change about my order on occasion. Tried another bagel shop today in town because it was a convenient location for where I was at, and immediately regretted it. 101 Bagels is the best in North County!

I got the Turkey club sub and it was one of the best I’ve ever had! Don’t get me wrong, it’s definitely simple, but the ratios are perfect and the bread is SUPREME (very similar to a torta). The price is a little high for a sub with no side, but worth it!
