We had a really delicious dinner at 10 Prime. We ordered the Chef’s Soup of the Day which was potato, Chicken Al Mattone, and Seafood Fra Diavolo. All theee dishes were exceptional and we especially enjoyed the house made bread with the soup. We also finished off with a chocolate soufflé. We would recommend all the above! Our server, Emily, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. Overall, a very positive dining experience after a long day of skiing!

My husband and I came here twice on our Snowshoe stay because we were super impressed with the food, drinks, atmosphere, & waitresses/service! The food was excellent! We do not have any negative comments about our dining experiences here. We came on a Thursday and Friday & were able to sit at the bar area on Friday night since they had no reservations left. We will definitely be coming back when we visit Snowshoe again! Satarah & Cassie were excellent waitresses/bartenders. Thanks so much for the great service!

The fact that this restaurant has the same rating as most McDonald’s in America is mind-blowing to me. I’m not joking when I say this was the best tomahawk steak I’ve ever had. I went with my family, and we shared multiple entrees and sides, all of which were delicious. I would totally recommend any steak and the lobster mac. The service was great, other than a couple of items they ran out of (but I would expect this for 9 pm on Friday night). Everyone hesitant about making a reservation at 10 Prime because of the low reviews should book a reservation either way. It was an amazing experience, and I would 100% recommend!

Food was DELICIOUS. Don’t skip the lobster mac and cheese. Pro tip: the side dishes are large enough to share lol. My husband and I got way too much food. Wasn’t mad about it later when we had tons of tasty left overs, but its a pricey restaurant so its good to know you can get a side and share it with 2-3 people. You can request a free shuttle at your resort anywhere on the snowshoe mountain to pick you up and drop you off, which is convenient if youre not trying to move your car when there’s tons of snow. We’ve been to 10 Prime both times We’ve been to Snowshoe. Haven’t been disappointed yet!

I’m going to be honest, we almost didn’t go because of the mediocre reviews this restaurant has received, but OMG, I’m so glad I followed my gut and went anyways. My husband and I planned to just go for a glass of wine and an app, but the mouthwatering menu and friendly staff tempted us to stay… and we’re so glad we did! We got a tuna sushi app, I got the seabass, my husband got the filet. It was delicious! The bread was wonderful, our waitress (Centera) was so attentive and friendly. The wine menu was perfect. During our dinner we were already planning when we could come back! Do yourself a favor and ignore the negative reviews and try this place out for yourself, we’re so glad we did!

DO NOT GO. One of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had in awhile. We were one of two tables and the server acted as if things were chaotic at all times and we needed to bare with her. As a guest, it was a miserable experience. Everyone got their food and they forgot a steak that we had to wait another 20 min on. Drinks took forever and there was nothing done as far as compensation for the steak tha was served once everyone was finished. They were out of rolls, bread pudding, chicken, and other things too. Place is ran by amateurs.

Don’t listen to the bad reviews. At worst, if it’s a Friday or Saturday night they may be busy and run a little behind.. but we went on a Thursday and it was spectacular. Great food and great service, the Manager even came by to check on us and his server Satara. Drink was strong!

I had a chance to eat at 10 Prime during our Snowshoe vacation last weekend and the steaks we ordered were fantastic and they were cooked perfectly to order. The server was great and the manager stopped by to see how our meal was. Sure, it was expensive, but it was a great meal. Very pleasantly surprised and I will definitely be back our next trip to Snowshoe.

My friends and I enjoyed a nice dinner here on the last day of our trip. We tried the NY strip, Filet, tomahawk, and the scallops. Everything was great. Not the best steak we have ever had, but still very good! We decided we would pass on the tomahawk next time for one of the other cuts. All of the sides were amazing. The desserts were fantastic and made in house fresh every day. Our sever, Julie, was the highlight of the evening. She was very attentive, super friendly, and just provided a great experience overall.
