Fantastic! Nice relaxing atmosphere serving tasty food with a smile. My decision to dine here was based on location, fare, and its participation in Dine LA restaurant week.

I was not only pleased but, was overly delighted with the attention to detail by staff and each course was plentiful and flavorful.

I would call the presentation of the dishes and decor rustic chic. And it works.

Looking forward to dining here again.

Serene environment if you haven’t visiting 1 Hotel before. The kitchen never disappoints in terms of quality and presentation. Always good eats here.

Ate lunch at 1 Kitchen after checking into the hotel earlier today. The restaurant wasn’t very crowded so we had our choice of seats. Chairs/ booth were comfortable and super chill in typical 1 Hotel fashion. Service was quick and good. We had options of both the breakfast and lunch menus. I went with the vegetable melt and truffle fries. Not the healthiest of options, but those fries…wow. My wife had the heirloom tomato panzanella and the corn soup which were both delectable. We washed lunch down with a Modern Times Fortunate Islands ale and a glass of Thomas Jefferson Rose. The winter 2020 menu offers plenty of options for both plant based and more traditional palates which is also good for us. Would eat here again for convenience and for overall food, service, and delivery.

Subsequently ate here for breakfast two more mornings. We had a $60 daily credit to be used before 11am (note we had to review that with the desk upon check out as some of the bills didn’t post until after 11. Wasn’t a problem as I had pictures of our food with time stamps, the hotel quickly resolved the issue ). I had the lemon ricotta pancakes and they were insane. Gluten free if that is your thing with fresh blueberries and syrup that literally melt in your mouth. We had drip coffee and juices both mornings as well. I tried the Super Green and the Go Big with the Super Green being my favorite. I normally love ginger but wasn’t feeling it that morning with the Go Big. We also tried a PB and Banana smoothie one morning which was on point. The other mornings I had avacado toast with sunny side up eggs, sprouts, etc which was really good and a grain bowl (also with sunny side up eggs and all the fresh goodies) – really enjoyed as well.

Overall – we ate here numerous times during our stay and were pleased with everything we had. Nice selection, price points seem on par with other similar WEHO eateries, and obviously super convenient for us staying in the hotel. Recommend.

My favorite hidden gem! The food, atmosphere and service are spectacular. The food here is made with such care and love you can taste it. There’s a beautiful patio outside and a cozy space inside. Great place to catch up on work, wind down or catch up with friends. I can’t wait to come back!

It is a really beautiful place to dine in, the front lady was nice, the ordering food was easy. But, once we ordered, a server didn’t even check on us so that we had to go look for him and complaint about the food which they didn’t put the additional stuff that we ordered. They took out the price of the additional stuff, didn’t even try to make it up with a mistake. There was a construction going on so we couldn’t go to the terrace which is beautifully decorated with plants and flowers. The iced latte was nice, so it could have been better just ordering a latte and enjoying the environment if we weren’t too hungry. Oh, btw, 20% of gratuity was alrealy included. Don’t make a mistake to put an extra.

Absolutely fantastic, we had a late dinner – which can mean lack of staff attention. But this was not the case, we had wonderful service from Jasmine and if we weren’t still full from last night we would go for breakfast!

Had a fantastic salad here after checking in. Very flavorful with juicy chicken. Small portions and expensive, but satiating.

I stayed at 1 hotel West Hollywood for three nights and got $60 dollars free breakfast credit per day. The food was disappointing. The pancakes and avocado toasts were mediocre. The matcha latte was the worst part—tasted like nothing, with barely any milk. I took only two sips and threw it away. The drip coffee was extremely sour and of poor quality. The cappuccino was decent, but the portion was tiny. On the last day, I tried two smoothies (berry and mango), and they were surprisingly good. However, the prices are outrageous, and they charge a mandatory 20% gratuity fee. Overall, 2/5 stars. Would only visit again for the atmosphere but not the food.
