Best Thai food this side of the Mississippi! I come here multiple times a week, their pad Thai is unlike any other I’ve tried and I intentionally try to find some as good as theirs everywhere I go just out of curiousity – so far no one compares. The wait times can get long but it well worth it. Anyone I mention this food truck too always has great things to say about it – reasonably priced too!

This place is so good!! It’s awesome to have such amazing Thai food in Paonia! The food was absolutely delicious and the prices are very reasonable. My wife and I got an order of drunken noodles, one ginger stir fry, egg rolls and cheese rolls. It was all so tasty! Will be back for sure because now I want to try their other dishes 🙂
