This restaurant is a renovated old Japanese house.
I made a reservation for the fermented lunch, which was available until 10pm at the time.
At first glance, it looks like an ordinary house, but once you open the front door, the atmosphere changes completely, revealing a beautiful interior and ambiance that’s hard to imagine from the outside.
All of the dishes made with fermented seasonings were carefully prepared, the broth was flavorful, and they looked and tasted absolutely delicious!
What’s more, they even made the dishes themselves.
It was a visual feast, and the small dishes made with fermented seasonings were all unusual and served as inspiration for home cooking.
If I had to say one thing, it would be that if you order a drink separately, it would cost over 2,000 yen, which may be unavoidable given the high prices, but if the lunch price were 2,000 yen including drinks, I think it would be easy to go again…
It’s a bit of a luxury lunch for a group of housewives, but it’s worth a visit.
It seems they’re open in the evening, so I’d like to go back for drinks next time.
