Staff are friendly. Service is fast (5 min). Very busy evening. Highly recommended
This was our last night in Morocco, and after many days of Moroccan cuisine, we honestly didn’t have the energy for another tagine. Our “Chinese stomach” led us to choose Rosy Chinese Restaurant at the last minute — and it turned out to be an outstanding decision.
We ordered almost the entire basic menu and every dish was consistently good. The flavours were authentic, well-balanced, and clearly prepared by a kitchen that truly understands real Chinese cooking, not just adapted versions.
The chefs are from Fujian, and you can really feel the craftsmanship and hard work behind each dish. Ingredients were fresh, and everything was served hot and properly seasoned.
The local service team was efficient, attentive, and very well coordinated, making the whole dining experience smooth and enjoyable.
If you are craving proper Chinese food in Marrakech, Rosy Chinese Restaurant is absolutely worth visiting.
As someone who is Asian and grew up eating all types of traditional Asian food this place did the job. Was it authentic, not quite, but it was good enough. Super appreciative that the owner (who spoke Mandarin) and one of the employee is Asian as well. Their three Moroccan employees were also very sweet and polite.
Got the chicken pho, and green beans with sliced beef. The soup really hit the spot. The green beans with beef and a small bowl of rice was delicious (though really small portion).
If you’re craving an Asian meal, and can place your expectations appropriately, definitely hit up Rosy! We are so glad they exist!
Also, they are clean! We did not get food poisoning.
I was super impressed with the food, the people were nice and the setting was clean and friendly too.
We got a selection of foods to share and they all came out as they were ready and we grazed happily.
Super impressed!! Give this place a go guys.
The food was really good and clearly made with fresh ingredients, you could taste it in every bite. However, the portions were so small that we left hungry. We ended up eating some street food afterwards just to survive the night. My girlfriend’s petite hand in the picture gives a good reference for the plate size… as you can see, it’s really small.
TL;DR: Great food, great service, but ant-sized meals, please improve the portion sizes if you don’t want your customers to starve!
Honestly, the flavors were amazing, but the portions made me feel like I accidentally ordered from the kids’ menu.
In my entire life, I have honestly never had potstickers this good. Seriously: you have to order them. They’re absolutely incredible and worth the visit on their own.
The Vietnamese Fried Pho was full of flavor, perfectly seasoned, and very well balanced.
The Scallion Oil & Nut Sauce Noodles were tasty as well, but they were missing that little “something special” that would have made them truly stand out.
The staff was super friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the experience even better.
The only small downside is the location itself, which feels a bit cold and lacks warmth — there’s definitely room for improvement here.
All in all, a strong recommendation, especially if you’re into really good Asian comfort food. ✨
The chef (and owner) is very kind and speaks good English. The restaurant is spotless, with an open kitchen – a very important detail considering the generally low hygiene standards in this city. Orders are placed via a QR code printed on the table. Service is quick and efficient.
We had 2 portions of shrimp potstickers, 1 fried rice with shrimp, and 1 liter of water for about 285 MAD. Everything was delicious. We highly recommend it!
