Walked in at 8pm 2 hours before closing time. Ordered 2 turkey Cali clubs toasted. It was put in the toaster but didn’t get toasted. Bread was soggy. The sandwich was supposed to come with Sliced alvacado and they put guacamole on it. So much for Sliced instead we got mashed. And the girl behind the counter acted like my order was super hard and she had better things to do. The guy that was also here was busy cleaning. There was no prep board or cutting board where they where preparing the sandwiches. Very disappointed in this location. I was really looking forward to the fresh veggies and the crispy crunch from the toasted sandwich but didn’t get it. Don’t think I’ll ever be back to this location.

Walked in to three employees at the counter, got ignored two walked into the back with unfinished orders on the counter, third gal finally acknowledged I was there and began the order. Seemed unsure what she was doing. Second woman came back started arguing with employee 1 about the previous pending order, then began to redo the previous messed up mobile order in front of me and my husband without asking if we had finished ordering. After we got frustrated they tried to start another order before we were done we opted to walk out and they chased us out screaming that we shouldn’t disrespect people. We didn’t say anything mean, we didn’t curse or scream. Will not be coming back here again.

I went here last week. Probably the worst customer service I have ever had. I entered the restaurant and proceeded to the counter. The lady stood there fiddling with the sauces and never acknowledged me. Another lady came from the back and began to talk with the lady at the counter. After approximately 3 min of no acknowledgment I turned and walked out. Needless to say that I did not have Subway this night.

Guy who made my sandwich seemed a bit nervous, but was otherwise fantastic. He was polite and respectful. Great service and fresh looking ingredients. Facilities were clean and maintained. I’m a bit shy, so I didn’t ring the perfect sandwich bell they had. But, he did deserve it, so I left a tip instead.

Horrible! They have a sign in their yard saying 3 different subs for $5 the veggie, meatball, and cold cut.. also a sign in their front door. I go in for sale they say sale ended . I messaged subway on fb they say ..each store doesn’t have to honor specials..WOW especially when specials are on website.. talk about giving themselves a bad name. Went in there a few days ago and the girl making the sandwiches proceeds to tell another customer that someone there mixes the Tuna Fish with no gloves, and also was yelling at her coworker inappropriately. Safe to say will not be returning anytime soon. Very disappointed.

Potato soup and chili were good. Toasted meatball sub with provolone cheese was good as usual. Chocolate chip cookie was fresher than the oatmeal raisin. Staff was friendly and worked diligently but online orders slow up production for in store costumers here and at all Subways.
