We had a dinner reservation at Zynnia for my husband’s birthday, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my choice. My husband LOVED it! ❤️
The atmosphere is cozy and warm, yet beautifully upscale and elegant. It feels intimate but still very refined. The two ladies working that evening were incredibly welcoming and kind — the customer service was truly top notch.
Now the food… this is not your typical Indian restaurant. Every single dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. We ordered the Fish Fritter, Mumbai Mash Crostini, Lamb Biryani, and the Vanilla Carrot Affair. The Lamb Biryani is, without a doubt, the best biryani I have ever had. We didn’t have to wait long for our food too!
And I have to mention the Old Fashioned — my husband is still talking about it! In his words, “the best one I’ve ever had — this is my spot from now on whenever I want an Old Fashioned.”
To top it all off, they surprised my husband (and me!) with a candle and cheesecake for his birthday, which made the night even more special. Even my toddler had a good time

Very disappointing first experience with Zynnia Indian Dine, Brantford.
We ordered Paneer Kadhai and tandoori roti through Uber Eats, expecting good quality food based on the restaurant’s reputation. Unfortunately, the Paneer Kadhai lacked taste, and the roti was listed as whole wheat on Uber, but what we received was not.
The most concerning part was that while my wife was eating, she found a strange piece inside the food which turned out to be a piece of naan mixed in. This was quite shocking and honestly raised concerns about food handling and quality control. After paying around $47, this was very disappointing.
It makes us wonder whether takeout orders are being given the same attention as dine-in customers. Food quality and hygiene should never be compromised, especially when families trust restaurants for their meals.
I respectfully request the restaurant management to maintain proper quality standards. Customers order food in good faith, often after a long day, trusting what they receive is fresh and prepared carefully.
Sadly, this experience means our family will not be ordering from here again.

My partner and I dined here last Friday to celebrate our 4th anniversary, and it was a lovely experience. Due to the poor weather, the restaurant wasn’t very busy, which meant we almost had the entire place to ourselves – a nice bonus!
The service was absolutely fantastic and incredibly attentive. The food was delicious, and the ambiance felt warm and cozy.
The only small suggestion I’d offer to the owners is regarding the music – Indian fusion or something similar would complement the overall vibe much better. Listening to the radio with commercials slightly took away from the atmosphere.
To top it all off, the team surprised us with a cake at the end to celebrate our anniversary, which was such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture. We truly appreciated it and will definitely be back!

The food was incredible. We had the cauliflower bites with honey, the roasted pineapple, Rogan Josh, and another dinner. Great spice, great presentation, lovely server.
It’s well priced and definitely has an interesting blend of traditional foods with a twist. My partner asked for less spice so the dinner wasn’t as powerful as I would have hoped for but met the needs of the party.
If you’re afraid of spice let them know because they definitely met that criteria. They knew how to calm it down.
It overlooks a parking lot so it can’t get full atmosphere marks- but inside is gorgeous.

We drove from Kitchener in a snow storm and it was well worth it! Food was super delicious! Flavourful and fresh. My wife and I enjoyour date. The restaurant is smaller than it is presented in the picture and people who walk in can almost feel like they are standing next to you. I definitely recommend this restaurant and my wife and I will be returning soon!
My recommendation to the restaurant owner is to make the entrance foyer completely closed off with an adjacent wall. It will help with noise, wind and weather seeping into the restaurant.

The food was outstanding. The star of the evening was the chicken tacos — flavourful, perfectly seasoned, and the chicken was incredibly tender. The presentation of every dish was top-notch, showing real care and creativity.

I had dinner at Zynnia last night with my family, and the experience was wonderful. The ambiance was amazing and really set the mood for a great evening. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, making us feel very welcome. The dishes were absolutely delicious and mouthwatering. While we waited for our order, they even served us some snacks, which was a nice touch. We also had a birthday celebration in the family, and they kindly served us a cheesecake to make the occasion special. Highly recommend this place for a memorable dining experience!

I had such a wonderful experience here yesterday! The ambience was really nice and made the whole place feel welcoming. Right at the start, they served flavor bombs on the house, and honestly, that was the best part—it set the tone for the meal perfectly. The service was excellent, the staff treated me so nicely, and the food itself was absolutely delicious. Every dish was full of flavor and tasted amazing. I also had a chance to meet and talk with the chef when he came over to my table, which was such a nice experience and made the visit feel even more special. Overall, a really pleasant experience and I’d definitely love to come back again.
