Zuzu’s Kitchen promises not to disappoint you with typical corner pizza shop fare but instead focuses on fresh and artisan style pies. You’ll find lovingly hand formed, irregular flat breads dressed in mozzarella, strips of basil and sweet peppers. Their comprehensive selection of sandwiches includes hand patted burgers and the famous ZuZu Burger arrives blanketed in melted provolone, romaine lettuce, a fried egg, an onion ring and a drizzle of chipotle truffle aioli, for a luxurious kick of flavor.

Informal pizzeria doling out sandwiches, burgers & Ethiopian platters in a snug, rustic space.

I really enjoy getting Ethiopian food from here. Tastes like it was made with lots of love. Really fresh and very flavorful. Looking to try their other options soon, especially the samosas!

I ordered a Buffalo chicken Stromboli with certain instructions, not only was it not made to my desire it wasn’t made as described and had some odd tangy hot sauce. I decided to give it another go however I tried a cheese calzone this time simple as can be. Haha so I thought!! Come to find out it literally mozzarella and bread. I call up and ask them why there is no ricotta cheese the young man tells me “they don’t make it with ricotta” so I read him his menu and he proceeds to tell me, ” Oh, boy, they have to update our menus. Yes we no longer make it with ricotta but I can put some in a dish for you if you want to come back and get it” SERIOUSLY these are not cheep menu items and it doesn’t get more simpler than a cheese calzone. That’s what a calzone is mozzarella ricotta and bread sauce on the side. You cant just eliminate the main ingredients. Should have been refunded at the least made a new one!! Very disappointed

I’m not sure why this hasn’t really been mentioned but their Ethiopian food offerings are legit! Run.. don’t walk! Really cute hole in the wall that while yes.. they offer pizza, their Ethiopian is what you should be going in for!! So glad I found this neighborhood gem! Get the meat combo, it’s a little bit of everything including veg!

Idky we always have a problem when I order my chicken quesadilla with mushrooms I’m paying for them but they constantly lie to me about many reasons it’s no mushroom on my quesadilla I let that go but today they gave me a soggy quesadilla I’m done cold turkey. My thing is I ordered at 9pm they close at 9:30pm if you not gone make the food like you do when it’s mid day STOP TAKING ORDERS…. waste my money to have to get home and put my food in the air fryer

Ordered from here for the first time a couple months ago and then again this past weekend and like it. Food is very tasty and good sized portions. Like a local pizza shop but with varying options including Ethiopian dishes, salmon or lamb tacos, etc. So far, I’ve tried the Salmon Tacos, Salmon Burger and Southwestern Chicken Egg rolls – all have been good.

Now that I’m living a little closer, plan on ordering from them more often. Suggest giving them a chance and ordering from them.

Great food and a good bang for your buck. Cant go wrong with zuzu’s. The zuzu’s burger was simply phenomenal! Even though we picked up the food late and thus being slightly cold, the burger still stood its grounds. The combination of the double patty, aioli, onion ring, and egg was surprisingly good. And for less than $9, I dont think there’s a better burger at that price. Definitely ordering again!

We’re staying in an Airbnb just up the street so popped in and ordered samosas as a snack and took them across the street to Our Town Taproom. They were really good so we went back and got the Ethiopian vegan platter and some BBQ wings to go. The food was excellent and I really enjoyed meeting the son of the family who owns the restaurant. He was taking orders, running the register and was just a really nice guy. Was glad to support their family business and the food was great.

I have no idea who Zuzu is or why they also sell pizza but their Ethiopian takeout is nothing short of incredible!! I would eat this everyday if I could. Ordered the meat and vegan combos to share. Portions were great. The prices were reasonable for the amount of food and the quality IMO. They included a chicken leg that was so amazingly seasoned and juicy, tender and thick with meat, I was honestly not expecting much given the pizza featured on the Uber Eats app but now it makes me want to try that pizza sometime. Anyway, will be getting again without a doubt. Thanks for the great meal!

I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years and they are great. Personally I’d say skip the pizza, their wraps and Ethiopian food is so much better. Honestly, skip everything and get one of the Ethiopian dishes. You can bring the food over to the bar next door for a cold drink and EXCELLENT food. The guy who works the counter is so extremely nice! Their hours are not up to date though! They close around 9/9:30 on week nights and by 10 on weekends usually. Best to come in an hour before close usually as they sometimes don’t match their listed hours. Overall quality place for to-go food but TOP TIER Ethiopian dishes.
