Issaquah local Family own business. Owner chef was worked at ‘Gatten Sushi'(Japanese Company) as sushi chef for 4years, and ‘Wild Wasabi'(Seattle Area) as sushi chef for 3 years and all total 15 years of sushi chef experience. He made all sauces from scratch and uses only fresh ingredients and A graded fish to serve to our customers ,so they can enjoy fresh and tasty meals!

Stopped in for a quick lunch and I am blown away! The quality of the fish was wonderful, generous nigiri portions, and the recommendation of the “Drunk” roll was chefs kiss! Also have a very expansive menu, lots of options which is super nice especially for a smaller location. Loved my experience here. Definitely will be back. They also have 10% off your bill for lunch time which is also awesome! Thank you Zushi Sushi you made my day better!

It was my very first time trying out a japanese restaurant in Issaquah and my experience was quite pleasant! I ordered some rolls, salmon seared balls (which I absolutely LOVED the most), and tuna platter for a pick up. Their food was very fresh, delicious, and also aesthetically looking. I’ll def be coming back and planning to dine-in at the restaurant next time!

Had the tofu teriyaki and it was delicious. The person dining with me received a sushi roll he didn’t really want and they took it back and quickly brought out exactly what he wanted. The service was great and the food was fresh. The cucumber salad was delicious as well.

Incredible sushi! Went here on a whim for lunch. They weren’t crowded and it was spotlessly clean. The unagi was perfectly seasoned and so crisp tasting. The spicy tublna roll was to die for. I told them to surprise me for the last roll and they delivered! It was the campfire roll. Deep fried. Little fire. Perfectly cooked. I will be back for sure! Wish I could score more than 5 stars.

Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. Came in for lunch and started with the seared salmon balls, then the Las Vegas and Zushi rolls, and ended with the deep fried Oreos! Would 1000% order the same thing again.
