I’ve been here a few times, finally decided to leave a review. Last visit my friend and I shared blossom and cherry blossom rolls, rainbow roll and caterpillar roll. All were really good. I’m not crazy about their vegetarian rolls however – wish those were more interesting as my daughter doesn’t eat fish. The miso soup is also not the best. The server messed up our order by ordering an extra roll but we didn’t mind and it was busy.

We got the platter which comes with sushi nigiri, sashimi, and rolls. Agadashi tofu for appetizer was delicous and my daughter’s favorite was salmon nigiri while my son’s favorite was eel/unagi. Sushi rice was perfect and even udon was good. Pairing with hot sake, it was a perfect meal with friends. Highly recommend!

I had a glorious meal alone by myself, big deal for a parent. Super pleasant staff, quite prompt and checked on me often. The fish was fresh and practically melted- amazing quality. For the lemon wedge salmon lover sushi roll the rind was too thick to eat and other places it was cut thin enough I didn’t have to peel it myself, only feedback. It was sweet they brought me a fried Oreo but I’m gf. Such a cool idea! The bento is robust. Never been somewhere that offers high quality sushi or sashimi and multiple options not just a California roll. Love that. I was the only person without kids there (for once!!) definitely family friendly. Going to be a favorite when visiting great grandma for sure thank you!

We LOVED this place! The food and the service was amazing. We ordered the Deluxe Veggie Roll, the Veggie Tempura roll (my personal fave) and the Zushi Flower roll. We ordered some other stuff too. The chicken katsu was perfectly fried and extra crispy and delicious! Oh and the mochi ice cream was bomb! Everything was served fresh and each plate was beautiful. We met Julie and had a great time! Definitely going back soon!

Had a great experience at Zushi Sushi in Issaquah. An intimate spot for great sushi. Plenty of choices for any sushi lover. I had the small sashimi which consisted of 6 generous pieces which included Tuna, Salmon, Yellowtail, White Tuna, and Albacore. Then I had the Crazy Horse which came loaded. You don’t have to go into Seattle to have good sushi. And to end a great meal, I was served a fired Oreo that was fried to perfection! Zushi Sushi is definitely well worth a visit!

Stopped in for a quick lunch and I am blown away! The quality of the fish was wonderful, generous nigiri portions, and the recommendation of the “Drunk” roll was chefs kiss! Also have a very expansive menu, lots of options which is super nice especially for a smaller location. Loved my experience here. Definitely will be back. They also have 10% off your bill for lunch time which is also awesome! Thank you Zushi Sushi you made my day better!

From the moment you step into Zushi sushi, you are transported to a world of authentic Japanese cuisine. The ambiance is inviting and relaxing, and the service is top-notch. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to make recommendations and answer any questions you might have.
Now, let’s talk about the food! The Tuna Poke dish that you had was undoubtedly a highlight of your dining experience. The tuna was fresh and succulent, and the flavors of the dish were well-balanced. It was the perfect mix of savory and spicy, with just the right amount of sesame and soy sauce. The presentation of the dish was also impressive, with a beautiful presentation that added to the overall dining experience.
Apart from the Tuna Poke, Zushi sushi offers a wide range of other sushi and sashimi dishes that are equally delicious. The sushi rolls are creative and flavorful, and the sashimi is always fresh and beautifully sliced. The restaurant also offers a great selection of sake and other drinks to complement your meal.
Overall, Zushi sushi is a fantastic restaurant that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic Japanese dining experience. From the ambiance and service to the food and drinks, everything is excellent, and you won’t be disappointed!

Such kind hosts, food was delicious, the service was quick, and the atmosphere was really nice. Mango salad was interesting. It would be so much more popular if they had a better location though. I really recommend this place!

It was my very first time trying out a japanese restaurant in Issaquah and my experience was quite pleasant! I ordered some rolls, salmon seared balls (which I absolutely LOVED the most), and tuna platter for a pick up. Their food was very fresh, delicious, and also aesthetically looking. I’ll def be coming back and planning to dine-in at the restaurant next time!
