We visited Zuru Zuru yesterday and we absolutely loved the ramen! The taste is very unique, and the noodles are especially good, perfectly cooked with a great texture. You can really tell that care goes into the food.

One thing we hope to see in the future is more options on the menu, especially for the lunch menu. It would be nice to have a few more choices to pick from.

We also found the seating a bit challenging. The chairs and tables on the sides feel a little tight, especially since it’s the pathway to the restroom. It’s not very comfortable when people are constantly passing by in a small space. It would be nicer if there were more tables and chairs arranged in a more spacious way.

Overall, we truly love the food and will definitely come back for the ramen!

The store looks great and cozy to be in. The ordering system is easy, as everything is digital. You can pay immediately or afterwards. There is ample choice of ramen to choose from. I got the lunch combo with shio ramen and gyoza. Gyoza is just normal, not hand made, but tasty. The broth was great, deep flavour of pork. Toppings were decent, nothing too special. Noodles were firm and reminded me of soba noodles. This also meant they didn’t soak up the broth too well. We also ordered karaage, fried really well, but missed some spices, and quite bland without the sauce. But we did enjoy this place, though prices are higher than most ramen places.

I have to say—this is the best ramen I’ve had in Europe! The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the broth was absolutely amazing. If you’re visiting Ghent and you love ramen, I highly recommend trying this place!

It’s Friday night today, and people were already lining up outside even before the restaurant opened. That’s when I knew it must be good.
Ordering is done by scanning a QR code, and you can place and pay for your order online, super convenient. The online menu also includes pictures for easy reference.

Vegetarian-friendly! They offer two vegetarian and two vegan ramen options.

I ordered the Spicy Veggie Ramen (vegetarian) and the Hojicha Citrus & Pepper Iced Tea. The ramen was delicious and the drink was refreshing and tasty!

I’ll definitely come back again!

What a lovely and welcoming atmosphere upon entering this ramen restaurant. I am pleased with my choice, and the Karaage is simply delicious with a lovely crunch! Is the price somewhat high? Possibly. But generally in Belgium, a bowl of noodle soup, Pho, or ramen starts from 18€. People began to fill up before 18.15. It was completely packed by 18.30. This speaks volumes about the food and the service. Will I return? Absolutely!

Absolutely some of the best ramen I’ve ever had outside of Asia. This is a must-visit if you’re in the area. I read that the owner really did their due diligence and studied how to make authentic ramen in Japan, and it really shows. We’re still having dreams about the excellent broth.

It’s a tiny restaurant with not a lot of space inside. When you sit behind the table you have a feeling that the people next to you are just joining you at your table. You can eat at the bar, but there are people walking behind you (when it’s a busy evening) so also not really private. If you don’t mind crowds the place is ok. There is no proper ventilation so you will take the ramen smell with you home.
About the food it’s pretty simple ramen (comparing to other ones that I ate till now), not a lot of extra ingredients for the price that they are asking. The noodles are ok. It’s a good ramen if you never ate this soup, but nothing superior that I would pay almost 30 euro for. The ordering system is a nice touch. Also very friendly waiters.

A bowl of ramen with 1 thin piece of pork belly for €24. Greedy!! For proper amount of meat and toppings you have to pay extra €6(Big Bowl option) on top of €24. Not worth the money.
Ramen broth is high in sodium and too oily. Noodles are good. The toppings are average and lacking. For more variety of toppings you have to pay a lot more.
The atmosphere is busy. If you have issues with hearing, stay away from this place. They play super loud music, which means everyone has to talk very loud to each other. So you can’t hear yourself or your friend.
The prices are outrageously high for what you get. Use this money to buy ticket to Antwerp and go to Chinatown for better ramen that are half the price and more food.
You won’t find the menu prices on their website, which speaks for itself “We don’t want to scare away customers with our prices, so come here first and find out”. I included the prices in my pictures. Have a look for yourself and form your own opinion regarding the price tag. I don’t recommend this place because Antwerp has better things to offer.

This place is a gem right outside the centre of the city. We came here because friends recommended it to us and it was definitely worth it. We got the set lunch menu which comes with gyoza, ramen and one of their home made lemonades. It was delicious, quick service and very authentic.
