We went on a fairly quiet night to dine in. Service was severely lacking. I asked for recommendations, amongst other questions about the menu, and the waitress couldn’t tell me much at all. The food made up for it though as it was some tasty ramen. The octopus balls weren’t my speed, and the dumplings had a off-putting bitter taste. Had to flag waitress down for refills. Since the service sucked and the ramen was tasty, we decided to order take out from that point on. Idk why or how the ramen that was once creamy with an umami broth lacked flavor so much. I mean it was like night and day difference. And we sat outside after putting the order in and ate in the car. Food was still piping hot. Very disappointing. The steamed shrimp didn’t have any flavor at all. Last time I added them to my broth, I could taste that they were steamed in garlic butter which added to the ramen’s flavor profile. This time they tasted like dish water. I’m not sure we will be back. We may try dine in again and ask for the male server instead. Oh and they don’t have a kid menu.

They have the best ramen and eel we have ever had. Excellent food and service. Definitely worth going to. My husband absolutely love this place. We have been here a few times. Really authentic Japanese food. The decor is lovely and they have a nice robot to service you your food and drinks depending on where your seated.

The ramen is good. I had the Kimchi Chicken Ramen and the Smoke Beef Brisket Ramen. However, the highlight was the Una Don, which features broiled BBQ fresh water eel unagi over rice. Overall, I had a good time and the interior styling or decor is exceptional.

Wow, this spot is a gem! A friend dragged me here, claiming it’s the best ramen in Jackson, and honestly? They weren’t kidding. The broth is insanely flavorful—like, you can taste the care in every sip. Portions? Huge! Left feeling stuffed and happy. Fresh ingredients all the way, and the staff? Super friendly. Definitely coming back!

Update, Sunday, September 7th, 2025. Enjoyed lunch today with my beautiful bride. We both had the R1, Tonkotsu Ramen with medium spice. This is their signature ramen. It was beyond delicious! This is the one you will want to try the first time you visit. I added wood ear mushrooms, bean sprouts, and an extra serving of pork belly. It was absolutely scrumptious! We ordered a broth refill to go so we could enjoy this with some frozen noodles from Mr Chen’s Chinese market. If you have not been here yet, be sure to give them a go and try the R1. You will not be disappointed!

Enjoyed a very nice daddy-daughter date at this restaurant in the late afternoon. Everything was absolutely delicious! The flavor of this restaurant is quickly growing on me. I will most definitely be back.
First visit: Nothing bad to say here! This was our first time to visit this restaurant. I will say this, if you are sensitive to cold temperatures, be sure to dress appropriately and bring a jacket. My lovely bride, that grew up on an island in the Philippines, was freezing so we opted for a table on the patio. It was a steamy 85 degrees outside and she was happy as a lark. I, on the other hand, was sweating bullets while enjoying my delicious Ramen with a spice level of 3, with a cup of hot green tea to add to the experience. Our waitress was very attentive and checked on us several times while we were eating. While Saigon restaurant in Flowood remains at the top of our list, this very nice establishment comes in at a very strong number two. If you have not tried them yet, be sure to give them a go!

The first time I came here, I felt the strong festive atmosphere. The dining environment was also very comfortable. I’ve eaten a lot of ramen, and this ramen has the best taste and broth.

Friendly staff and such a cozy vibe—it felt really welcoming. The ramen? So good, like, the broth was rich but not heavy, and the noodles had this perfect bite to them. Honestly, it’s the kind of place where you just sit back and enjoy without feeling rushed. You know that warm, satisfying feeling after a great meal? Yeah, that. Plus, the team there seemed genuinely attentive, which made the whole experience even better.

This is a cute restaurant and the first place I ever tried Ramen. Needless to say I’ve been back about 5 or 6 times experiencing the menu. Everything I’ve had so far is delicious. They even have this cute little robot that brings your food to the table. The staff are very helpful and will help you make decisions based off of what you like if you’re unfamiliar with the menu options. They package the to go orders where the broth is in the bottom of the bowl, and the noodles and other ingredients are separated so they won’t get to soggy before you’re ready to eat it. I love this place.

Great noodles accompanied by great service. I enjoy coming here regularly and enjoy the Kimchi Ramen the best. The house dumplings are great as well.
