Saturday afternoon lunch and Zuccos was the perfect spot! Plenty of parking, not overly crowded, staff were quick to attend to our hungry bellies, and the food & drink options were fun and plentiful Great go-to when you just want a cold beer and some delicious pizza to keep ya going for another few hours of shopping, and not have to deal with the craziness and over crowding of Allendale

Service is always great at Zuccos, but this time I needed take out and a friend delivered. I won’t eat soup unless it’s homemade, not from a bag, container, or can!! Due to being sick, I got the Barley Soup and found it to be the best ever!! Thank you for continuing to make soups and dishes from scratch. Please continue this tradition, it’s so needed!

Please change your bins for the veal sandwich’s. That bun is awful with the veal. You need crusty bun.
I know it’s new owners that took over awhile ago but please consider changing the bun. It’s awful. I could not even enjoy it. Had to eat my veal and sides all separately.

Would give 0 stars if I can lol. Went with my husband and kids. None of us liked the food as it was unseasoned, very very bland. worse than hospital food even! And the kids orange juices were $5 each with is ridiculous. Our bill was almost $100 for two adult pastas, 1 kids spaghetti and nuggets. If you like food with flavor then this is not the place for you lol

This was such an incredible experience for me today! I worked inside this building almost 30 years ago when I was 19 years old and it was Chi-Chi’s Mexican restaurant. I have liven in Michigan since 1994 and returned to Pittsfield a few weeks ago and took a trip down memory lane. I decided to come back today to spend more time in The Berkshires with my parents. I showed them the places I used to work and decided to take them to dinner here! We loved it! I am so happy to sit in the same booths I used to sit at when I worked there decades ago. The food and the service was spectacular so to pair all that with the emotional connection that I had internally going on, it made for a really great evening with my family.
You guys don’t even know how happy you all made me today. Thank you!

Food was good but a little over priced for small portions. I ordered the deluxe shrimp scampi which came with vegetables for $3 more and there were hardly any vegetables. However they have a fantastic dessert selection that they bring over on a plate to choose classic diner style. This is the most diner esque place I’ve found in Pittsfield that reminds me of the great diners in my home state of New Jersey.

I just spent almost $70 on food we will not eat!!! I’m upset I work hard all day and don’t want to go back out because the girl on the phone messed up my order, I CLEARLY STATED EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED AND EVEN REPEATED MYSELF!! I am beyond up set and really want to go shove the food in her face for ruining my night, never again will I order here and will tell everyone not to order here. BLAND FOOD, used to be good but terrible now. Not worth $70.
