We ordered DoorDash tonight for the Super Bowl and the DoorDash driver did not pay attention and deliberate us only one pizza. When I called the restaurant directly, they were so accommodating and literally brought the extra pizza within minutes now that’s what I call customer service! Not only is the pizza terrific. I wish they had one in Georgia.! Thank you again!

I’ve been ordering from here for years and over the past year the food quality and service has completely tanked. As I’m writing this I’m actually sick from the food I had from here last night. I wouldn’t have thought it was the food if my bf wasn’t sick too and this wasn’t the like 6th time we have felt this way after ordering. Not only is the food quality horrible, but they consistently forget things I paid for. I have tried almost every type of meal you can think of here and just keep getting disappointed. My bf has been going here even longer than me and after last night he told me that he no longer wants to eat here anymore. It’s not just a regular sick when we eat here, it’s full on stomach pains and so many trips to the bathroom it’s like we are living in the bathroom for 24 hours after eating here. P.S. I’ve seen one of the girls at the front picking her nose then touching food containers. (Pretty sure she’s family of the owner)

This is a first time Zuccarelli did me Horrible. I call to order a slice and the lady told the price is $3.75 I check my order history and I always paid $3.20 and I ask when did yall go up the girl said just 2 weeks ago that’s crazy and look at the slice they gave for $3.75 this pizza was so dry just gave it to my dog almost $4.00 for a slice a pizza is crazy that will be my last slice I ever get from them it’s price gouging for nothing

Where is Gordon Ramsey when you need him because this place needs an overhaul to bring pride back to what it means to be a mom and pop shop that supports its community and most importantly its own employees. Second time ordering and it’s the second let down. Really wanting to want their pizza because its a local spot and not some chain, I take pride in supporting Mom & pop shops. There are some serious flaws here though. Delivery, late and lost both times. Pizza was a cold wet sloppy greasy mess. The grease was so bad it soaked through the box, that was too small to fit the pizza, before I even got it. The pizza had pockets of raw garlic like someone carelessly just slapped it on without trying to evenly distribute it. This was supposed to be a simple 25 dollar garlic Alfredo chicken pizza but as you can see there is no Alfredo sauce it’s just regular tomato marinara with a bunch of unneeded oil and globs of garlic. Where is the oil from? This is supposed to be baked chicken? Is it greasy sauce or greasy cheese? It seems to me that this place is just another cattle call, hiring people for next to nothing wages expecting them to slave away unhappily while carelessly preparing the food we pay for with the cheapest ingredients all so some guy can make profits that he or she will probably blow on a weekend night at the casino. It’s a shame that people can no longer have pride in the work they do because of the greed of their employer. It’s either that or just bad management. Most likely both especially if the owner is also the micro manager… I’m scared to know how their walk in fridge and kitchen areas look.

Stopped here on a recommendation from a family member after a day at the beach. The pizza and wings were good, not as we expected the way the raved about this place. Can’t compare this place to any other pizza locations. But we do know pizza since where we come from is known for pizza. Anyhow , we all enjoyed our meal and we would order from here again.

Ordered a pizza and paid for extra toppings to be delivered , and a dozen garlic rolls , we got 6 rolls and no toppings that we paid for, called them back about it , they where busy, and very short but said they would send out a new one to replace it …. it maverick came , once I told them I paid cash they seemed not to care or even offer a refund for at least the paid for toppings I did not get . This is a tale of two companies that have seriously destroyed their reputations in my eyes. I placed an order with Postmates for Zuccarelli at 8:09 pm on 3/29/21 after being told that they wouldn’t deliver to my complex. My order was supposed to be delivered by 9:09 pm. At 9:09, I called the restaurant since my order had not arrived. I was told by one of their female employees, that Postmates had to come in and place the order on my behalf and that he had picked up the order 10 mins prior to my calling. I live less than 3 miles from this restaurant. I gave them an additional 20 mins in case he had other deliveries to make. 9:39 and still no food. I called the restaurant and was rudely told by a male employee to call Postmates since they aren’t affiliated. So, I did. They couldn’t reach the driver and again I waited. My food arrived at 10:27 pm, nearly two and a half hours later. The food was cold, hard and extra greasy. When questioned about my order, he says he placed it using his Postmates card and was told it wouldn’t be ready for 45 mins. He stated that he went in after 30 mins and it wasn’t ready yet. Between not being told the truth by Zuccarelli and my food arriving cold via Postmates, I ended up cooking for my 36 week pregnant wife. This has to be the worst game of keep away. I am requesting a refund and have no plans to order with either company again. Unmitigated garbage.

I went in around 8:30pm ordered 2 slices
I first notice the cheese was dry, I tasted it and flipped it over and the bottom crust was burnt . I understand u have to heat it up but doing this will cause the crust to burn if it’s in there too long .
Why not make a fresh batch?
I can not believe zuccarelli would sell a pizza that looks like that to customers. Selling burnt pizza is UNACCEPTABLE!
Is this place under new management? It’s not the same like it used to be..
What a waste of time driving and picking this pizza up . I had to throw it away in the trash. Next time if there even a next time , I’m definitely checking the crust before I leave.

Love there bread! The salad is pretty decent as well. I use to come here often but after moving I cut back,craved Italian and thought of this spot of course the lasagna quality And taste declined 🙁
