A very elegant restaurant that had great customer service. The Italian food legit, in the middle of the table you are provided with bread that you can submerge in two different oils (which I dont know the name of) however rit is very delicious. Along with the food that we order the had a great taste to it. For me it is on the pricey side, however the restaurant is very elegant and beautiful, with all the art pieces that it has that really makes you feel that you are in Italy.

The atmosphere was better than we expected, and the food was great. 2 who had the custom pizza’s, which were amazing, my dad had the shrimp scampi, his go-to dish at any Italian restaurant, and said it was the best he ever had. My chicken parmesan was great, though I would have preferred angel hair to spaghetti. One of the best things about it is that if you’re vegan, you can custom make a handmade pizza any way you like. Overall, the experience was fantastic and we’ll definitely be back.

The only thing upscale about this place are the prices they charge. First off, the bread they brought prior to the food arriving looked like it was store bought bread that they sprinkled with herbs and heated up. The $17.99 spaghetti w/ three small meatballs was at best average and extremely over priced. The chicken parmigiana looked like it was left over from lunch or worse, cooked the day before. the chicken was dry and the outer side of it was hard and dry (signs it was not fresh chicken when it was served). It was also rubbery and hard to chew. It did not look or taste crisp or fresh. Stay away from the roasted cauliflower, yeah just stay away!. Left a bad after taste. Service was ok, but the quality of the food causes this review to get one star.

Horrible experience. My husband and I were on date night and just wanted some drinks after dinner. We made it to Zucca and went to the outside patio to enjoy the music. The place was almost empty and it was not busy inside or outside. There were at least 3-4 servers that passed by and never greeted us or asked us what we wanted. Finally one of them tried to help us but he wasn’t even our server. We never saw our server and never had drinks and left. It was like everyone was ignoring us. This was very bad customer service specially when the place was not busy at all.

The waiter couldn’t get anything right. There were four of us. We ordered our own pizzas. Mine was so burned on the bottom, my husbands finally came when everyone else were finished with their meal. The other couple ordered a pizza to share and their pizza was burnt too. Plus they didn’t get the pizza they ordered. He never came to see how everything was, so we couldn’t complain. Never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks. Then he got our bills mixed up, not once but twice and then they still weren’t right. We just paid and got out of there.l would not recommend this one to anyone and needless to say we will not be returning.

Absolutely amazing food, wonderfully attentive service and the atmosphere was beautiful! We even called ahead to ask about a dish and they didnt have it on the menu but still offered to prepare it especially for their customers! Very unique entrees and ingredients – I highly recommend 🙂

Over priced $23 plate for 3 small shrimp. Waiter was rude and manager got in our face when we didn’t like a drink. They even charged us a cake fee, for a cake we brought for our friends birthday. Anywhere would have been better than this place. Gave it a one star because they don’t have a lower rating than that.
