We had the broasted chicken. It was really good and we will be back. The staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome. The chicken came with mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw. They only serve mashed potatoes on Sunday. If you order it on any other day they have fries or their other potatoes choices. The chicken was very well seasoned moist and juicy. Highly recommend.

We were told the best prime rib can be found here so decided to try it out. We shared the sampler appetizer which was delicious! I really enjoyed the mini tacos, deep fried green beans, and jalepeno poppers. The prime rib itself was a great cut of meat but was dry and rather flavorless. It wasn’t the worst I’ve ever had but far from the best. Everything else was so so. The bar itself was freezing cold and the seating area is pretty much the standard card table/chair feel so nothing great. I’d stop here again for drinks and fried foods for sure but skip the prime rib.

We came in with a party of 12 @ 5:30pm. We were told there would be a wait of 2 hours. The bar was full but there were maybe 5 4- person tables full. There was a large table of 10 and multiple 4 tops available. We asked what the wait time would be for carry out. We were told 1-2 hours.
We placed our orders for pizza at the bar and waited at the bar. We ended up with our pizza in 1 hour. But…. The table of 10 and about 4+ 4-tops were still available(see photos from when we left). We could have been seated and they could have made bank on appetizers, drinks and the tip.
Such a great place with great food, but you turned us away. Sad.

Stopped in for Sunday lunch.
Bar was packed, dining area had many open tables. We were seated immediately by a very efficient and friendly waiter. He answered question quickly and throughly.
Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, which was huge and very Juicy and flavorful.
Prices were very reasonable.
It may be a little off the beaten path but we’ll worth the detour to stop.
Plenty of parking for tour car or truck as well as UTV.

The Friday fish fry and Saturday prime rib weekly specials are excellent and well worth the drive out into the boonies for. Get there early or call in a reservation for the best experience as they are very popular on these nights because of the excellent food.
