Spotted this place in a little strip mall. Very unassuming. Checked out the menu online before I decided to pop in. I was definitely glad I did. The selection is perfect. The service is walk up to order. Quick and easy. There’s a little of everything for different taste buds. Similar to Panera in food genre but definitely more affordable and in my opinion tastier. I got the soup n sammie combo with Pesto grilled cheese paired with pumpkin pie bisque. My hubby got Italian Market sammie with ladled lobster Mac n cheese. It was all outstanding. And all for just at $30.

Today was my first time trying this restaurant. I entered around 11 AM. Two staff members were behind the counter, one was taking temperatures and the other was positioned at the cash register. After two minutes neither of them had engaged with me so I asked if they were open. The cashier announced I could place an order with them, if I was ready. I ordered my food and received it in a timely manner. The overall vibe and atmosphere of the restaurant was stagnant. The sandwich was pretty basic. I could’ve gotten a sandwich from Starbucks next-door for $1.50 less and of equal quality.

Ordered a pick 2. A grilled cheese and tomato soup. I believe I received the condensed version of the soup as it was so thick it was hard to eat. My grilled cheese was hardly a grilled cheese at all. I let the service team know the syrup was out in a soda and it didn’t get replaced. The floor in tthe eating area looks like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in months. Definitely wasn’t worth the $31+ my husband and I spent.

This used to be my favorite restaurant in Firestone have been coming here for years but after the lack of acknowledgement from the two ladies in the front. I work on n the industry and the fact that I walked in and wasn’t greeted like always and then stood there looking at the choices and was ready to order and still wasn’t even asked if they could help me but watched them greet another customer that walked in behind me and even handed them there food and still not even acknowledge me is uncalled for and unacceptable. If you want good service this is DEFINITELY not the place

Visiting from California on vacation. We don’t have a lot of places like this out there, so I had to try it.
The staff was super friendly and welcoming. They explained well about the rotation system they have with the soups they serve.
I ordered the Lobster Bisque, Chicken Noodle, and the Loaded Baked Potato for my mom. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chicken noodle, but instead got served the chicken pot pie….I still took it with me though because the sample was delicious.
The Lobster Bisque actually had a good amount of lobster pieces on it, which really added to the texture/flavor of the soup. It was creamy, buttery, and actually full of lobster flavor. 10/10
The Chicken pot pie has a good about of chicken to it, and a strong pepper taste, so if you don’t like pepper like that, it probably ain’t for you. It does come with a good about of vegetables, so thats a plus. It’s also really thick, so it’s perfectfor when it’s cold out. 8/10
I personally didn’t try the Potato soup, but I was told it was really good.
