Thought I would give Zoup and try and online the food looks good and people had good things to say. Well, let me start off by saying this was absolutely the WORST food I have ever gotten ever. The pizza was a giant watery mess. I got a Margherita flatbread and made absolutely no modifications and when I received the pizza it was the most soupy, unappetizing looking thing I’ve ever seen. I proceeded to try it to give it another chance and just NO NO NO. Absolutely disgusting and horrible food. The soup I ordered was no better. Canned soup from the grocery store tastes better than the soup I received from here. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The only reason I have an 1 star is because the service was extremely fast and workers were friendly. However I would never ever ever recommend someone getting food here, I would actually go as far as to deter people from ever eating here because that is how truly awful the food is.
The Turkey Bacon Club was fresh and flavorful. The turkey was lean and generously stacked, the bacon added just the right amount of crisp and saltiness, and it was all balanced out with fresh lettuce, tomato, and a nice spread on toasted multigrain bread. It was filling but not heavy—exactly what I wanted in a midday sandwich.
The real standout, though, was the Chicken Pot Pie Soup. It was thick, creamy, and loaded with tender chicken, peas, carrots, and flaky pie crust bits that gave it that classic pot pie comfort. It felt like a warm hug in a bowl—rich, savory, and totally satisfying.
Service was friendly and quick, and the space was clean and welcoming. Whether you’re looking for a quick lunch or something cozy and satisfying, Zoup!’s Pick 2 combo delivers.
Edit:
Hi Zoup,
I’m definitely not that dasher from yesterday, and I haven’t been to your store in weeks. Instead of accusing the wrong person, maybe train your staff to greet people and act like they want to be there. I said what I said: smile or don’t work in customer service.
Let’s talk about Zoup! because this place is next-level when it comes to soup and sandwiches. First off, the Shrimp & Corn Chowder—absolutely phenomenal. Creamy, rich, and loaded with flavor, it was everything I hoped for and more. And don’t let the cup portion fool you—it was plenty satisfying.
My girl went for the Toscana Chicken sandwich and the Fiesta Chicken Salad—both excellent choices. But here’s the truth: I knew she wouldn’t finish it all, so I strategically only got soup. Best decision ever. I got to enjoy my amazing chowder while conveniently helping her with the sandwich and salad (teamwork, right?). The Toscana Chicken was perfection—savory, melty, and packed with flavor. The Fiesta Chicken Salad? Fresh, zesty, and just the right amount of kick.
Now, let’s get real—this place is a weekly must for me. If you’re thinking Zoup! is just another sandwich and soup spot, think again. As far as I’m concerned, it’s up there with The Palm, but without the price tag. Seriously, high-end quality at budget-friendly prices.
The staff? Always pleasant. The atmosphere? Relaxing. And the mood music? Pure Gen-X gold—throwback ‘80s jams with an upbeat jingle at the end that somehow sticks in your head (not mad about it).
If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out. No, I don’t own stock in Zoup!, but maybe I should—because I’ll definitely be back next week!
Ode to Zoup!
Zoup, oh Zoup, you steal my heart,
With soups and sandwiches, a work of art.
The Shrimp & Corn, so rich, so bold,
A cup was plenty, warm and gold.
Toscana Chicken, a bite divine,
Fiesta Salad? Oh, so fine!
Yet somehow, I knew the trick,
She’d leave me extras—quick to pick!
The mood is set, the music plays,
Throwback jams from golden days.
A weekly stop, a taste so prime,
Luxury dining—without the dime!
So here’s my praise, both loud and true,
Zoup! my love, I’m hooked on you!

A Fantastic Experience at Zoup!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Zoup! and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment we walked in, the welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The restaurant was spotless, and the peaceful playlist added to the inviting atmosphere, making for a relaxing dining experience.
The food was just as impressive as the service. I started with the lobster bisque, which was rich, creamy, and full of flavor—absolutely delicious. My Mediterranean grain bowl was another standout, packed with fresh, vibrant ingredients. The portions were generous, almost too much for me, so next time I’ll have to choose between soup or a bowl!
I also sampled the pepper steak soup, and I have to say—it rivals my wife’s homemade version, which is no small feat. Meanwhile, she enjoyed the California chicken sandwich, which was another hit—fresh, well-seasoned, and perfectly prepared.
Overall, Zoup! exceeded my expectations in every way. Great food, a welcoming staff, and a cozy atmosphere make this a spot worth returning to. Highly recommended!
