Zorbas Mediterranean Restaurant is proud to be Minot’s first Mediterranean restaurant, bringing fresh, flavorful, and healthy cuisine to the community. Inspired by Greek and Middle Eastern traditions, our menu focuses on lighter cooking with less oil, fresh herbs, wholesome ingredients, and vibrant green salads. Start with classic appetizers like tzatziki, hummus, and baba ganoush, made fresh daily. Our entrees include spaghetti bolognese, carbonara, grilled seabass, kebabs, beef stifado, pork Afelia, and shawarma, all prepared with care and balance. At Zorbas, we believe great food can be both delicious and nourishing. Whether dining in or taking out, enjoy authentic Mediterranean flavors in a warm, welcoming setting.

Great presentation. Enjoyed the light and refreshing food. Menu was a little different than what I expected but I’m excited to try more of their different dishes. Definitely like having a Mediterranean restaurant option in town.

Zorbas is a great Mediterranean restaurant with attentive staff, excellent flavors, and a clean, welcoming environment. The food was delicious and well prepared, with great seasoning and presentation. Portions were a bit pricey for the size, but the quality and overall experience made it worthwhile. I would definitely come again

The “appetizer” in the photo was $10 and $2.99 for extra bread when requested. Not sure what the owners think they are running to have such high prices. The food was mid as well, taste like I could make it better at home honestly.

Prices for entrees are +$20 each with LITTLE selection on the menu and you get little food with the meal. Even their hummus taste store bought, gross.

The filipino place that was here before at least gave you a bunch of food for their prices which was justified, this isn’t. I might come back here one more time to see if they change the food quantity (atleast) in another few months (if it’s still open) but I do not recommend this place for now.

Ordered a takeout plate of the Chicken Souvlaki. Service was fast and friendly. About 15 minutes from ordering to receiving my meal. The salad was fresh, chicken was marinated nicely, cooked just right, and very flavorful. The pita bread and rice were both excellent sides. Tzatziki sauce complimented the meal perfectly. Very fresh, and different flavors from any other cuisine in Minot. I recommend giving Zorbas a try!

I rarely write poor reviews. I genuinely try to find something positive in most dining experiences. But this is an exception and a cautionary tale.

Zorba’s was, without exaggeration, one of the most profoundly disappointing meals I’ve paid for in years.

We ordered three lamb dishes, which should be the foundation of a strong Mediterranean menu. Instead, each one was a letdown.

The lamb chops were overcooked and chewy. Not slightly firm. Not medium-plus. Chewy. For the price being charged, that alone is unacceptable.

The Osso Bucco, advertised as slow cooked lamb, was almost entirely bone with very little meat, and what meat there was lacked tenderness. A properly slow cooked dish should fall apart effortlessly. This required actual work.

The lamb kofta was rubbery and dry. Ground lamb should be juicy and flavorful. This had the texture of something overworked and reheated. I couldn’t even finish one.

The only bright spot of the entire meal was the Melitzanosalata appetizer. It was creamy, smoky, and genuinely good. Unfortunately, one well-executed dip cannot redeem an otherwise disappointing and poorly executed dinner.

To make matters worse, all of these dishes are extravagantly priced. So not only are you getting a bad meal, you’re paying a premium for it. High prices create high expectations. Those expectations were not met.

I truly wish the Filipino restaurant that previously occupied this space had remained. At least then the location would have been serving food that felt thoughtful and cared for.

This is not the place to go if you value quality or your wallet. Consider this a warning.
