One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Apparently it’s a hang out for young kids . This place is loud, slow and dirty. I will never order from here again and I don’t recommend that you ever order from here. The food is subpart at best. By the time I left here I couldn’t even enjoy it. Seriously between the dirtiness the long wait and the childish behavior from the staff it just wasn’t good after my experience

We are so disappointed. Ordered a pizza, 15 wings, cheese bread, and a waffle. Didn’t get any of the wings or the waffle. Tried to call and kept getting put on hold. Finally spoke to the manager and he acted like he couldn’t even find my order. They didn’t offer a refund or anything. The pizza was chewy and barely edible. Definitely not a good night at Zoners.

This used to be my favorite pizza place. But if I were you I’d just go for the chicken wings salad and other things. The last couple times I got pizza it seems like they dumped all the toppings in the middle. And then the middle of your pizzas is disgusting. 3 in from the crust in and it’s all soggy and gross

Grabbed a late lunch, 1:30, of Chicken wings. I got 10 plain with a side of honey & a side of garlic parmesan sauce. Wings were juicy with lots of meat. Meat was cooked well but the skin was rubbery. Be using my Air Fryer to reheat tonight.

Ordered online for pickup at 7pm, supposed to be ready at 7:16-7:31. My wife got there around 7:25 and they hadn’t even started it. She had to sit there till almost 8. Claimed something about a third party service does the online orders. Thats a them problem. If they’re aware of it then fix it. I paid $37.56 for 2 10” pizzas. No offer to make up for it but they sure kept the tip. It wasn’t much but they didn’t have to serve anyone. The pizza is good but that’s just poor customer service.

My friends and I have had a routine of getting a couple of pizzas the day before the UGA games this year. Somehow, I guess with the terrorist attack in New Orleans we completely forgot. I called just before halftime to order an empty box to be delivered. The girl on the phone thought I was joking but still completed the order and the delivery driver knew who we were. Zoner’s is AWESOME and we will continue to support them and everyone else in town should too. Go Dawgs even though the outcome tonight wasn’t what we wanted!

Very disappointing! We were the only customers in the restaurant and it took well over 30 minutes to get our order. We probably would not have gotten it then if my husband had not went to the counter to see if we could get our salad. We found out then that the food had been sitting on the counter for pick up apparently. Our Greek salad was more like a grilled chicken salad. The food was subpar at best. The entire time we were there we had the “pleasure” of listening to the kitchen staff talk very loudly on his phone. Also, being charged extra for using a debit card doesn’t sit well. It shouldn’t fall on me to pay your card charges from the service you chose. Sad because it was nice to have something different occasionally, but we won’t be back.

I ordered online through Door Dash and the pizza was wrong and they also forgot my breadsticks. I contacted the manager and his comment was , “my bad” about the pizza being wrong , and he said more than likely the door dasher took my breadsticks, as it has happened multiple times lately! WTH?!! If this is the case , why are you still using door dash to deliver your orders when you say you have your own delivery drivers if you call the order in rather than place the order online??!! Also, I expected more from the manager than , “my bad” as a careless comment to my complaint. All I can say is this is a display of terrible management and customer service!
