Always a fabulous experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and everything is affordable. Most if not all menu items come with complimentary chips which are yummy. I eat here with my family on a weekly basis and it never disappoints. On the weekends they have ceviche which normally sells out by end of business Saturday. Highly recommend if you want quick, fresh and delicious food that won’t break the bank.

This place is awesome! I love the baja fish tacos and my daughter gets the chicken usually. Both on point and you cannot get a better fish taco, ANYWHERE! I’ve been to two of these restaurant locations several times, and both are great. You definitely get your money’s worth with the serving sizes, and the staff is always professional. It’s nice to see low turnover and familiar faces on the other side of the register.
Out of the 30+ orders we’ve placed here, only once were we given the wrong to-go bag. When I finally had a chance to come back a week later, I explained the situation to Casey — and she more than made up for it. She replaced the original order for free, even though I had already eaten the meal I received by mistake.

First time here. Got the traditional burrito with extra chicken. Enjoyed the burrito, chips and the fresh ingredients at the salad bad. I would definitely come back to try other items in the menu. A bonus, it’s close to my favorite cookies, blueprint Cookies.

Very disappointing experience at Zona Fresca. I saw a cockroach walking around while I was eating, which completely ruined my dinner and made me question the restaurant’s hygiene. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.

Service is friendly, but the food is forgettable. I keep coming back and keep wondering why. Chicken Quesadilla was fine, though unremarkable . The biggest disappointment was the Siesta Maker burrito, which is supposed to be a “huge” burrito with beans, rice, onions, peppers. It was average size, and if it has 3oz in total of steak I would be surprised. They should call it a rice and bean burrito with a dusting of meat. The fresh salsa bar is nice, but in the grand scheme of chain Mexican fast casual restaurants, this one blends in like a grey midsize suv in the Costco parking lot.

First time there, I was pleasantly surprised The food was good. I Order A steak’s bowl, it was very good. Steak with tender and plentiful. My lady friend had also a taco salad, which she enjoyed also yes. It was good food very reasonable
